Cleaning of sewage pipe line of any dia and depth by rodding and water pressure and cleaning of sewage line from manhole to manhole complete by mechanically or manually complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole upto 1.5 M deep and taking out sludge, night soil, mud, silt and other foreign material to any form by any means and removing the same outside MoD land to a distance exc. 10 KM away and buried under ground complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning desilting and emptying of existing septic tanks by mechanically including taking out sludge and other foreign materials and removing the same to outside MoD land to distance exc 10 KM away and buried under ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of sludge water from septic tank, soak wells, manholes etc including loose liquid meet ash grease, and fiber & vegetations etc by means of mechanically power transport under faul conditions and removal of sludge/debris exc 500m & n.exc 1 KM and buried under ground complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of blocked trap in kitchen/bathroom/WHB/sink/ Urinal etc by rodding or manually effected upto 1st manhole including kept work site clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed. Note for ser item No. 1.00 to 5.00 (i) Rate also includes for necessary tools and plants which is required to carryout the cleaning works ie. Cleaning rod, bucket, bamboo sticks, kasha etc. (ii) One supervisor shall be take complained from complained cell/JE Concerned & deployed required safaiwala to execute the work on daily requirement basis. (iii) Complained shall be completed in same day. Non completion of complained a penalty of Rs 200/- per complained per day shall be effected from the dues of the contractor. (iv) Necessary complained register and printed machine numbered complained slip as per specimen given by the Engineer-in-Charge shall also be provided by the contractor. (v) After completion of complained, complaint slip shall be signed by the users and re-submitting to the concerned JE/Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Sewage safety norms shall be strictly adhered. (vii) Sludge shall be removed from site in covered vehicles.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mmm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast insitu as in coping/benching including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels & drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred stopped ends etc.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced cut as required to facilitate to demolition) of any description and in any portion not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes septic tanks etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing 10mm dia TMT bar and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 15.00 above but 8mm dia as in stirrups and spacers/binder or in slab/covers

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bed to drain pipe 150mm dia including packing under and haunching against the pipe after they are laid including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bed to drain pipe 100mm dia including packing under and haunching against the pipe after they are laid including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 100mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 100mm dia (internal) grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains pipe internal dia 100mm and making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ sec) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder built in cement mortar including all quoin, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description/layer on brick or stone wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/stone or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
