| 1.10 | Multi play station Activity Rides:- Consists of following equipment’s as per details below as complete set:-
Multi play station (01) :- MandL for providing and installation of Multi play station consisting of double spiral tube having 60mm thick LLDPE sheet having 750 mm dia having their parts of length 1000mm length one part, 90degree bend tube three parts, 35 degree bend tube two parts and exit bend one part connected with adequate nuts and bolts. Total length of this double spiral tube is 8500mm. Double spiral tube is fitted at a height of 2020 mm platform which is apple hole entry. The platform is made of 16SWG GI sheet of size 1160x1160mm with corner bends 75mm fixed with clamps. This platform is fitted with two nos of 100NB poles having height 3700mm and mounted with single pole canopy of LLPDE rose 800x800x600mm and other may be grapes/apple of size 600x400x270mm. Two nos LLPDE panels i.e. carrot panel and grate wall of size 1070x940x75mm will be provided on top of platform for sides supports with 114mm aluminium clamp. Adjacent to this, four nos poles of 100NB with 3000mm height, having Snow pear shape canopy mounted made of LLPDE 1800x1800x1800mm on four poles. One platform of size 1160x1160 made of 16 SWG GI sheet is fitted below the pear shape canopy having one sides stairs from bottom and other side 6 mm thick FRP Wave slide. This main entrance Stairs of 2090mm long shall be made of 16 SWG GI sheet having eight nos steps as riser 150mm and tread 200mm. This stairs is having width 615mm and made using two nos FI 125x5mm as bottom support and top is connected to platform at 1740mm height. Stairs having 80NB balustrades of 1500mm high and 3 Nos hand rails with C handle on both ends made of 20NB and 25NB as specified above. A base platform is attached to this stairs made up of 6mm thick chequered plate of size 1220x930mm with entry gate of 1200mm high made of 40NB pipe and ‘C’ handle made of 25NB pipe. All open pipes top shall be fitted with top cap/plastic pipe cover. 6mm thick FRP Wave slide of length 3670mm is fitted with platform (1740mm high connected with main stairs) and 530mm width fitted on platform with entry hole made of LLPDE. One side of platform is attached to stairs made of 16 SWG GI sheet with 5 steps having riser 150mm and tread 200mm. This stairs is having width 615mm and made using two nos FI 125x5mm as bottom support. Two nos hand rails made of 20NB and top rail of 25NB is fitted having length 1360mm to the stair with C handle of size 790x190mm on both sides. This stair connects two platform of 1740mm high and 900mm high platform. The bottom platform of size 1160x1160mm fixed with aluminium clamps to the 100NB poles of 2340mm high with banana canopy at top of size 1780x500x810mm and other two poles are having Bean spout canony of LLPDE 1140x310x500mm and Persimmon fruit canopy of LLPDE 1420x750x450mm. Wave slide 6mm thick FRP slide of length 2100 and width 530mm, fitted at 900mm high fitted to this platform. Inclined bridge made of 16SWG of size 2300x805mm with four nos hand rails upto 6mm high including ‘C’ handle complete. Dish climber made of 25NB pipe having LLDPE three nos dish climber is connected to this platform. Four poles of 100 NB of 2340 high having pear shape canopy of size 1800x1800x1700mm having platform of size 1160x1160mm at 900mm high. This platform is connected with banana slide of LLDPE 2200x500mm with entry of size 1070x940x60mm. LLPDE cherry ladder is provided of length 1600mm with width 1250mm and 900mm high connected to this platform. One side tic tac toe wall of size 1070x940x60mm is connected to platform complete all as specified and as shown in drawing. Also following swings are included in rates.
Two seated see saw(01):- MandL for providing and installation of see saw made up of 50 NB pipe of length 2140mm in curved shape and having bottom support 80NB 150mm high with MS base plate 6 mm thick of size 25x300mm having four numbers of 14mm dia bolts with nuts. Two numbers LLDPE seat of size 300x250mm connected with 150mm long 25NB connected to bottom for bottom supports. Seat shall be provided so that a suitable handle in rectangular shape in size 450x250mm made up of 25 NB. The main pipe connected with 6 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size which connected to 6006/suitable bearing bush along centre pin. Bush bearing shall be moulded with pipe and 75x63mm ‘U’ clamp with the bottom base complete with two coats of PU powder coating of suitable colour as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
Rock climber (01):- MandL for providing and installation of rock climber of size 2350x1620x2750mm having one inclined side 16mm dia nylon rope having six rows and shall be provided with PVC rocks at junction of ropes, other inclined side made up of 6mm thick FRP sheet of size 1600x2400mm having 26 Nos rocks in staggered pattern for support to climb, the top of platform is made up with 6mm thick FRP sheet of size 300x1500mm with supports made of 40x40mm square pipe. The top platform shall be provided with two Nos, 450mm dia, fournos spikes supports made of 20NB pipe for holding fitted on 150mm spikes for base. The frame made up of 40NB and two supports between the inclined sides at a height 300mm above GL complete using two coats of PU powder coating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Revolving merry go round (01):- MandL for providing and installation of Revolving merry go round made up with 3mm thick MS Chequered plate of 1500mm dia having bush bearing 6210 with base. Centre pole 80NB dia 900mm high having ring 300mm dia made of 12mm dia bars connected with centre pole for holding. Four nos hand rails supports shall be provided on chequered plate made up of 25NB 750 high with ‘U’ shape {750 plus 600 plus 750mm and 300 plus 750mm (additional mid support)}. Whole structure fixed with revolving bearing with base support of MS plate complete with two coats of PU powder coating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Rocker Rider (01):- MandL for providing and installation of Motor bike made up of LLDPE bike of size 1100x430x600mm having one seat suitably arrangement on top for sitting. This should be fixed with 4 nos of bolts with 6mm thick MS plate of size 250x350mm having spring made up of 18mm dia with 150mm dia and 300mm high complete with two coats of PU powder coated all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Toddler Swing(01):- MandL for providing and installation of Toddler swing made up of 100NB pipe of length 2100mm mounted with persimmon fruit made of LLPDE of size 400x400mm suitably fitted. This should be provided with two nos lateral support of square pipe 40x40mm and length 900mm each fixed with three Nos base plate of 6mm thick with size 400x125mm. One additional pipe of 50NB 2130mm long is fitted at a height of 1800mm as ‘T’ with the main pipe 100NB. Two nos 6mm thick GI coated chain having length 45 inches with width 22 inch and fixed at a distance of 15 inches from main pole towards both sides. One basket sheet made up of rubber sheet adequate to hold toddler and other side 8mm FRP sheet of size 21”x7” complete set painted with PU powder coated all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Note:- The welded joints shall be properly grounded before painting. All holes shall be drilled by using specially designed hardened drilling fixture to ensure repeatability and inter-chargeability of the components. Powder coating shall be done of pure polyester exterior grade ultraviolent stabilized powder of reputed make which shall be applied after preparation of surface and then treated for adhesion by phosphate chemicals which will be further processed to stop porosity. The minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 80 microns (Dry thickness). The coated item shall then be cured in oven at 180 degree Celsius for min 20 mins. All material shall be first grade quality of ISI mark and ISO grade and all nuts bolts and other fasters must galvanized and all items shall be painted PU coating/Powder coating. Providing and Fixing of Sea saw two seater stand pipes made up of 3` galvanized pipe 2-0` high from ground level with I nos sea saw planks of 3` galvanized pipe of 6-0` long pipe comprised with two nos blow molded plastic seats and handles of sea saw is designed in such a way that on top part works as a handle and the bottom part works as a foot rest is made of 1` galvanized pipe and All 3` pipe covered with aluminum dye casted caps and one no. ms solid bearing shaft. Multi play station Activity Rides:- Consists of following equipment’s as per details below as complete set:- Multi play station (01) :- MandL for providing and installation of Multi play station consisting of double spiral tube having 60mm thick LLDPE sheet having 750 mm dia having their parts of length 1000mm length one part, 90degree bend tube three parts, 35 degree bend tube two parts and exit bend one part connected with adequate nuts and bolts. Total length of this double spiral tube is 8500mm. Double spiral tube is fitted at a height of 2020 mm platform which is apple hole entry. The platform is made of 16SWG GI sheet of size 1160x1160mm with corner bends 75mm fixed with clamps. This platform is fitted with two nos of 100NB poles having height 3700mm and mounted with single pole canopy of LLPDE rose 800x800x600mm and other may be grapes/apple of size 600x400x270mm. Two nos LLPDE panels i.e. carrot panel and grate wall of size 1070x940x75mm will be provided on top of platform for sides supports with 114mm aluminium clamp. Adjacent to this, four nos poles of 100NB with 3000mm height, having Snow pear shape canopy mounted made of LLPDE 1800x1800x1800mm on four poles. One platform of size 1160x1160 made of 16 SWG GI sheet is fitted below the pear shape canopy having one sides stairs from bottom and other side 6 mm thick FRP Wave slide. This main entrance Stairs of 2090mm long shall be made of 16 SWG GI sheet having eight nos steps as riser 150mm and tread 200mm. This stairs is having width 615mm and made using two nos FI 125x5mm as bottom support and top is connected to platform at 1740mm height. Stairs having 80NB balustrades of 1500mm high and 3 Nos hand rails with C handle on both ends made of 20NB and 25NB as specified above. A base platform is attached to this stairs made up of 6mm thick chequered plate of size 1220x930mm with entry gate of 1200mm high made of 40NB pipe and ‘C’ handle made of 25NB pipe. All open pipes top shall be fitted with top cap/plastic pipe cover. 6mm thick FRP Wave slide of length 3670mm is fitted with platform (1740mm high connected with main stairs) and 530mm width fitted on platform with entry hole made of LLPDE. One side of platform is attached to stairs made of 16 SWG GI sheet with 5 steps having riser 150mm and tread 200mm. This stairs is having width 615mm and made using two nos FI 125x5mm as bottom support. Two nos hand rails made of 20NB and top rail of 25NB is fitted having length 1360mm to the stair with C handle of size 790x190mm on both sides. This stair connects two platform of 1740mm high and 900mm high platform. The bottom platform of size 1160x1160mm fixed with aluminium clamps to the 100NB poles of 2340mm high with banana canopy at top of size 1780x500x810mm and other two poles are having Bean spout canony of LLPDE 1140x310x500mm and Persimmon fruit canopy of LLPDE 1420x750x450mm. Wave slide 6mm thick FRP slide of length 2100 and width 530mm, fitted at 900mm high fitted to this platform. Inclined bridge made of 16SWG of size 2300x805mm with four nos hand rails upto 6mm high including ‘C’ handle complete. Dish climber made of 25NB pipe having LLDPE three nos dish climber is connected to this platform. Four poles of 100 NB of 2340 high having pear shape canopy of size 1800x1800x1700mm having platform of size 1160x1160mm at 900mm high. This platform is connected with banana slide of LLDPE 2200x500mm with entry of size 1070x940x60mm. LLPDE cherry ladder is provided of length 1600mm with width 1250mm and 900mm high connected to this platform. One side tic tac toe wall of size 1070x940x60mm is connected to platform complete all as specified and as shown in drawing. Also following swings are included in rates. Two seated see saw(01):- MandL for providing and installation of see saw made up of 50 NB pipe of length 2140mm in curved shape and having bottom support 80NB 150mm high with MS base plate 6 mm thick of size 25x300mm having four numbers of 14mm dia bolts with nuts. Two numbers LLDPE seat of size 300x250mm connected with 150mm long 25NB connected to bottom for bottom supports. Seat shall be provided so that a suitable handle in rectangular shape in size 450x250mm made up of 25 NB. The main pipe connected with 6 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size which connected to 6006/suitable bearing bush along centre pin. Bush bearing shall be moulded with pipe and 75x63mm ‘U’ clamp with the bottom base complete with two coats of PU powder coating of suitable colour as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Rock climber (01):- MandL for providing and installation of rock climber of size 2350x1620x2750mm having one inclined side 16mm dia nylon rope having six rows and shall be provided with PVC rocks at junction of ropes, other inclined side made up of 6mm thick FRP sheet of size 1600x2400mm having 26 Nos rocks in staggered pattern for support to climb, the top of platform is made up with 6mm thick FRP sheet of size 300x1500mm with supports made of 40x40mm square pipe. The top platform shall be provided with two Nos, 450mm dia, fournos spikes supports made of 20NB pipe for holding fitted on 150mm spikes for base. The frame made up of 40NB and two supports between the inclined sides at a height 300mm above GL complete using two coats of PU powder coating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Revolving merry go round (01):- MandL for providing and installation of Revolving merry go round made up with 3mm thick MS Chequered plate of 1500mm dia having bush bearing 6210 with base. Centre pole 80NB dia 900mm high having ring 300mm dia made of 12mm dia bars connected with centre pole for holding. Four nos hand rails supports shall be provided on chequered plate made up of 25NB 750 high with ‘U’ shape {750 plus 600 plus 750mm and 300 plus 750mm (additional mid support)}. Whole structure fixed with revolving bearing with base support of MS plate complete with two coats of PU powder coating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Rocker Rider (01):- MandL for providing and installation of Motor bike made up of LLDPE bike of size 1100x430x600mm having one seat suitably arrangement on top for sitting. This should be fixed with 4 nos of bolts with 6mm thick MS plate of size 250x350mm having spring made up of 18mm dia with 150mm dia and 300mm high complete with two coats of PU powder coated all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Toddler Swing(01):- MandL for providing and installation of Toddler swing made up of 100NB pipe of length 2100mm mounted with persimmon fruit made of LLPDE of size 400x400mm suitably fitted. This should be provided with two nos lateral support of square pipe 40x40mm and length 900mm each fixed with three Nos base plate of 6mm thick with size 400x125mm. One additional pipe of 50NB 2130mm long is fitted at a height of 1800mm as ‘T’ with the main pipe 100NB. Two nos 6mm thick GI coated chain having length 45 inches with width 22 inch and fixed at a distance of 15 inches from main pole towards both sides. One basket sheet made up of rubber sheet adequate to hold toddler and other side 8mm FRP sheet of size 21”x7” complete set painted with PU powder coated all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The welded joints shall be properly grounded before painting. All holes shall be drilled by using specially designed hardened drilling fixture to ensure repeatability and inter-chargeability of the components. Powder coating shall be done of pure polyester exterior grade ultraviolent stabilized powder of reputed make which shall be applied after preparation of surface and then treated for adhesion by phosphate chemicals which will be further processed to stop porosity. The minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 80 microns (Dry thickness). The coated item shall then be cured in oven at 180 degree Celsius for min 20 mins. All material shall be first grade quality of ISI mark and ISO grade and all nuts bolts and other fasters must galvanized and all items shall be painted PU coating/Powder coating. GST extra.
