PROVIDING AND FIXING OF CRASH BARRIER FROM HALLOMAJRA LIGHT POINT TO POULTRY FARM CHOWK (JN. NO.39), CHANDIGARH

Providing and fixing of Single side double guard "W" metal beam crash barriers / Guard Rails comprising of 300mm with x 3 mm thick (or required size at site) corrugated sheet metal beam rails, fixed on channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm (or required size at site) spaced @ 2000 mm centre to centre, 1300 mm above ground level & 500mm below Ground level embeded in C.C. Block 1:2:4 of size 300x300x600mm, 02 nos 'W' metal beam rails should be fixed one at height of 1300mm and other at height of 850mm above ground / road level respectively. Metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm (or required size at site), 330 mm long. All steel beam, channels and terminal section shall be galvanised by hot dip process ( zinc coated, 0.55 kg/sqm, minimum single spot), all fittings (bolts, nuts and washers) shall confirm to IS : 1367 and IS:1364. The rate further include the cost of welding of all nuts and bolts to avoid the theft and making of pit for providing C.C. Block including centering and shuttering wherever required. The work must be completed in all respect as per clause 810 of MORT&H specification and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (NS)

P/F Hazard Marker of size 900 x 300 mm made of Type XI 3mm ACP sheet duly reflectorised with retro Prismatic Sheeting of required colour including subject matter message, symbol, border etc. screen printing with transparent ink It shall be provided with M.S. angle iron frame of size 25x25x3mm supported with 50x50x5mm 1.5 mtr. Long MS angle iron post with hold fast with 225mm long of M.S. angle 50x50x5mm to be embedded in the ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 225x225x300mm . The rates also includes digging of pit including centering and shuttering wherever required and the frame and vertical post shall be painted with synthetic enameled paint process complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & Fixing of Factory made Fine Finished Cylindrical Bollard 150mm dia Fiber Reinforced Plastic moulds of size 950 high over ground level and 300mm below G.L. made with M:35 mix concrete design using 1250mm long 4 nos. 10mm dia TMT steel bars, 6mm dia stirrups @ 150mm c/c consisting 2 cuts of 75 mm high at top for retro reflector sheet type-IV, fiber reinforcement plastic moulds fixed in ground with C.C. 1:2:4 block of size 300x300x300 with base of C.C.1:5:10 block of size 300x300x100mm complete in all respect as per drawing / sketch and to to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
