Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to outside MOD land or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints on brick or stone walls, etc. and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :.

M&L for Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil Land complete all as specified and directed.

All As per Item herein before but for stones/rocks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone masonry Random rubble masonry random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, with hard stone in foundation and plinth and upto floor level V including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand Land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) :Keyed pointing Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with modular extruded brunt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 ) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth and upto floor level V with :Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Land complete all as specified and directed.
