Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor Type HT 11 kV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, totally enclosed metal-clad, extensible switchgear complete with 1 No. incoming and 2 Nos. outgoing Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of rating up to 400 Amps complete with No 1 incoming and 2 Nos outgoing feeders, including necessary busbar and control wiring connections, jointing and integration with the existing panel. The VCBs shall have a rupturing capacity of 250 MVA and shall be complete with overload and earth fault protection, current transformers (CTs), numerical protection relays, ammeter, voltmeter with selector switch, indicating lamps, trip and closing coils, spring-operated mechanism, mechanical and electrical interlocks, controla nd relay panel equipment. The switchgear shall be complete with DC control supply system including battery bank, battery charger, battery, stand, DC distribution board (DCDB), cabling and all accessories required for operation of protection, control, tripping and closing circuits complete all as directed.

M&L for cable route indicator of size 700x300x100 mm made of precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in precast posts for rounded tops, embedded in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, all round of exposed surface of post above ground, 5mm thick plaster with CM (1:4), finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, applying two coats of cement based paint, with writing letter in black colour in suitable size (like HT cable size and from ...... to .......) etc complete. Note:- The quoted rate for item is deemed to including the cost of M & L for PCC1:3:6 type C2 and form work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 400/415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, engine as per BS 5514/ISO 3046 and alternator as per IS 4722/BS 5000 complete with AMF Panel with change over and 02 outgoing of 100 amp and 63 amp complete comprising of relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meter, sound proof canopy and foundation etc. of capacity 58.5 KVA, complete as per EURO norms with and including following :- (A) ALTERNATOR : Standard design alternator rated at 58.5 KVA net out put at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (Lag) power factor AC, 3-phase, 4-wire 415 volts 50 Hz , 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protection drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulation class "H" and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to IS 4722/ BS 5000 and shall be in position to generator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirming to BS-5000/IS-4722. (i) Insulation class - 'H' (ii) Temperature rise class 'H' (iii) Excitation : Self Excitation (iv) Regulation performance : The voltage is kep constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5%. (v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%.
