Taking down carefully (aluminium) point wiring complete of any type (batten/ surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as spcified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring Aluminium/ copper of any size including earth continuity condutor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S existing DB TPN 4 way and DB SPN 8 way including MCB/MCCB of any capacity and any size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old U/S existing Iron box size 300 X 300 mm and 450 X 900 mm including MCB/MCCB of any capacity and any size and removing from site and filling brick work with plaster making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for submain (single phase) wiring complete with and including 6.0 sqmm two single core,(FRLSH) fire retardant, PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, drawn through Existing PVC conduit including accessories and fixed on walls and 6 sqmm, fire retardant, PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down Exhaust fan,sealing cable end,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades & refixing Exhaust fan of any make, any sweep , keeping side in store in safe custody for painting of Exhaust fan complete,in situ with synthetic enamel paint byspraying including filling cavities with filler,one coat after cleaning all dust and reassembling the fan complete including writing MES No at the site.

Removing and refixing water heater storage type, puff insulation type of 25 ltrs capactiy and 1500 watts, BEE Star rated-5, with glass line inner shell with Hot & Cold pipe, water connection pipe, electric connection and necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing panel board indoor type sheet metal approximate size (5X5X1.5 Feet) parts tinkering the parts and replacing fully corroded sheet metal parts like base plate,topplate,front cover etc with appropriate gauges MS Sheet including bending to match with the existing size, welding brazing and assembling including replacing all nuts & bolt in MCBs and proper legging in cable and control wire sheet metal screws and replacing of unservicale volt meter,amp meter and CT ,PT and painting complete body with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink chrome primer and marking the Qtr No, panel board no in front side and complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge and tested on completion.

Supply and laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying bricks (old size) for cable protection by using common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 laid dry flat across length of the cable with width of the trenches equal to length of bricks and all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.
