Labour only for attending day to day external/treated water supply complaints of all nature including grey water pipe leakage i.e leakage in water supply pipe lines , fitting/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply in supply tank/direct kitchen tap and grey water supply in graden area and AEPTA landscaping area of Golf Course and taking out water from trenches during repair including write down the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed. (Note 1 :- Any material required for attending complaints for rectification shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after) (Note 2 :- Quoted rates includes following other aspects as srl No. 3 (i) to 3 (x) below).

Labour only for attending of Electric supply compliants of day to day maintenace of existing LT Panels including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation and electrical fitting & light, short circuits in Pump house complete all as specified and as directed.(Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie item hereinafter) (Note 1 :- Any material required for attending complaints for rectification shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after) (Note 2 :- Quoted rates includes following other aspects as srl No. 3 (i) to 3 (x) below).

Notes for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician/plumber as applicable assisted with adequate numbers of helpers complete all as specified and as directed. Minimum requirements of skilled and unskilled workers for whole contract period are as under:- (a) One plumber or fitter with one helper. (b) One Electrician or fitter with one helper. (ii) Requirement of additional workers if required for rectification of any complaint (occationally) will be provided by contractor on urgent requirement basis as directed by EIC without any extra cost.

(iii) The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 04 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 250/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues. Contractor shall appoint suitable staff for receive and register of complaints received in person/through telephone/mobile and issue and control contractors stores and workers will required to available within time daily at 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify each complaint. Attendence register of workers daily basis will provided by contractor duly signed by JE E/M & Eng-in-Charge.

(iv) In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his rep . If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

(v) While attending the complaint of water supply /Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A' . However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering.

(vi) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fitting and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch A.

(vii) All T & P including safety gears required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contracor.

(viii) The elecrician shall always be in possession of all Electrician tools , LT Megger, Earth tester , Multimeter , Crimping tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site.

(ix) Old retrived materials, will be deposited by contractor to store yard of AGE (U) Water Supply No II and necessary RV attached with RAR / Final bill mentioning ledger number & page number. (x) All the fitting /fixtures as mention below item No 4 to 17.05 and 31 to 33.04 of BOQ shall be procured by contractor in one time and the same shall be kept with safe custory of Eng-in-charge store and issue RV to contractor. Piecmeal requirement of fixing of fittings as required at site will be issued by JE (E/M) through Baby indent. Proper register will maintained by contractor for consumption of materials at site with showing debit complaint wise. The same register will not signed by JE (E/M) & Eng-in-Charge and produced with RAR/Final bill. (xi) First RAR will be submitted by contractor for material lying at site only.

Testing of drinking water collected from local source (bore wells /shallow wells in the area of AGE(U) W/S No.II) and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, pH value, TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluoride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Coli in 100 ml) with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purposes. (ii) Collection of water from different sources of water ie. UG Sump, bore wells & shallow well in a sterilized bottle and testing in NABL Approved laboratory as mentioned in specification. (iii) Contractor will required to produce 'Test report' duly passed by Eng-in-charge during payment in RAR. No payment will be made without production of passed test report of approved lab.

Note 1:- Rate Quoted shall also deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and FRO transportation charges for collection of samples from source (UG sump, bore & shallow wells) Note 2:- Test reports so collected will be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge every month and failing to which attaract a penality of ₹5000/- per report and will be recovered from his RARs/Bills
