Earth work excavation and depositing on bank in all classes of soils except hard rock with an initial load and lift as per 8 S 20B.

Refilling the basement with M Sand complying the Standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS size HBG mutal, including cost, coveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2" including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc., completed.

Above Ground Floor

Centering and shuttering charges using Casurina props including cost and conveyance of all materials to sites all labour charges etc., completed

Above GL

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix, using 20mm ISS size HBG metal including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc., completed

Supply and fabrication of steel for all RCC works, including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc., completed

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc., completed.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats over new Iron work including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc, complete

Supply and fixing of cuddapha slab of all size including cost and coneyance and all labour charges etc

Cost and supplyof steel door including cost and all labour charges etccomplete

Cost and supply of Steel windows of various sizes including cost conveyance and all albour charges etc complete.

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Open Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) SD 18

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 mm X 100 mm X 113 mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD 36
