2.5cm (1") thick A. S. flooring with C. C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size H. G. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of prop (1:4:8) using 4cm size H.G. metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess, royalities, DMF, EMF & Addl. Charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size H. Dismantling and removing of brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar under 3 mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labour, cess and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) in superstructure using 9" size bricks including splays cutting, circular moulding, champering and corbelling, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess, royalities, DMF, EMF & Addl. Charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentalling of old lime cement plaster including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing and cleaning the debries within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, royalty and texes of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work finished smooth after raking out joints including watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess, royalities, DMF, EMF & Addl. Charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work finished smooth after raking out joints including watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess, royalities, DMF, EMF & Addl. Charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of fabricated M.S. iron door, window & angle in proper position including making holes to walls or RCC structure and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structure including cost, conveyance, cess & royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of durashine (TATA) sheet in roofing including fixing of wind ties, J. Hooks, G.I. or limpet washers with bolts and nuts drilling in wing ties with all T&P etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of G. C. I. sheet in roofing including fixing of wind ties, J. hooks, G. I. of limplet washers with bolts and nuts drilling in wind ties with all cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with cost of all labour and T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing coloured / printed vertified tiles of size 600mm X 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13756 in floors, treads and landings on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of tile, conveyance, cess, labour T&P etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentalling and removing of old tarfelt over roof slab and cleaing surface including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debries within 50m lead with including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofs with polymetic bituminous membrance (Plastic felt) of 2.25 Kg / Sqm and 1.5mm thickness consisting of layers having centre core of 20 micrones thermoplastic high molecular high density polyethylene HMHDPE film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bituminous primer @0.3 Kg / Sqm applying and laying plastic felt membrance with 10cm over lap adhered to blown bitumen of 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @1.2 Kg / Sqm including cost, conveyance, cess of all materials and labour T&P etc., complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint to wall surface over a coat of wall primer with any approved shade etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of he Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weather coat two coats two coat over a coat of wall primer of approved shade including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P required for the work etc., completein all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint of approved shade including cost of paint, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
