Maintenance of Permanent way and bridges as per Specifications and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Per ET KM per month). (INSIDE PLANT) 18.523 ETKM Per Month, for 12 Months 222.276 ETKM Note:- The rate for the maintenance per equated KM of track is for complete maintenance of track throughout the month. (Per ET KM per month)

Removing and taking out worn out or damaged rails from existing track including returning the same to company store, taking delivery from company store transporting to site, fixing in position on required grade alignment and level etc. complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing and taking out old worn out or damaged sleepers (any type of sleepers) from existing track and replacing the same by usable sleepers taking from company's store free of cost including fixing in position in required grade, level alignment and packing of sleeper and other operations necessary for traffic movement in sefty rate including all trasnportation of sleepers from site to company's store and vice- versa etc. complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work for repairing of cess & embankment with hard soil including excavation transporting to site with all leads and lifts compaction at OMC to dry density not below 90% with cost of watering and other miscellaneous works i.e. benching, dressing etc. complete job as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of slide earth from reaches of cutting portion of track from side drains and track with all leads and lifts ensuring proper drainage slopes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Running out of fresh 50 mm gauge hard stone ballast on track as per requirement from stacks along the track leads within 500 m. with all lifts labours, T & P etc. complete the job as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Fixing of MCI inserts (Stem type 1.6 Kg each) in pocket of 100 mm X 100 mm X 150 mm making by chiseling the RCC beam in track hopper in specific manner and grouting with "Dobeckot esin" 500C and Hardner "EH-411" & Silica sand M-10 ratio of 100:50:850 by weight or equivalent as approved by Engineer-In-Charge, including breaking of old PSC sleepers for obtaining the instes etc. complete the job in poper alignment level and fixing the rail for safe movement of traffic.

Drilling 12 mm to 32 mm dia holes in rails Supplied by the department with contractor’s own tools plants, lapours, all handling, leads, lifts, consumables etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Alumino Thermic Welding with short preheating process of rail-joints of 52 Kg/90UTS T-12 rails on cess or in situ as per requirement and locations as directed by Engineer-In-Charge of the work i/c cost of the all labours and materials, tools, fuel, prefabricated moulds i/c handiling of rails, cropping of rail ends, providing specified gap at rail joints, finishing of welded joints as per specifications i/c USFD testing and all other testing of welded joints as per specifications i/c USFD testing and all other testing of welded joints as per specifications and as laid down in RDSO manual of fusion welding of Rails by alumino, Thermit process complete job as per RDSO specifications no. T-19/1984. The contractor has to arrange all the testing as laid down in the aforesaid manual at his own cost.

Reconditioning of worn out 52 Kg. Switches/Tongue rail in situ by mannual welding with low heat process using approved electrodes as per RDSO specification under H-3C class electrodes ( CP Buffer 040 & CP Top 080) of RDSO approved brand by low heat process including pre-grinding to remove fatigued metal and finishing etc. complete to make the same in specific profile and alignment with contractors tools and equipment, welding generator, manpower and other incidental expenses required to complete the job as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

In Situ reconditioning of wheel burns rails, low & cuppeld joint using micro flow Thermal Spray Technology (with CP 3032 Power) as approved by RDSO/ Lucknow and as per specification with all contractors materials, tools, power, equipment, consumable & manpower with all leads, lift, taxes etc. complete and as per instruction/ directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at side.

In situ reconditioning of worn out CMS/MMS Crossing 1 in 8.5 and 1 in 12 of different locations with mannual metal arc welding with H-3C class electrodes ( CP Buffer 040 & CP Top 080) of RDSO approved brand by low heat process including pre-grinding to remove fatigued metal and finishing etc. complete to make the same in specific profile and alignment with contractors portable welding set, tools, equipment, manpower etc. complete (Work shall be carried out on process only as per RDSO process & own manufacture).

Removal of burrs by grinding out from gauge face side of stock rails, tongue rails, check rails, crossing and running rails etc. to improve gauge face geometry with contractor's tools, plants and labours etc. as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (At poits 1 in 8.5 Turnout) in 52 Kg. Section.
