Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Main Switch 100 Amp TPN 415 V in sheet steel enclosure including its connection etc as required. Make : Havells Model No- IHBRTE4100 /C&S/ LEGRAND/INDOASIAN or its equivalent.

Supplying of 3.5 Core X 35 sq.mm, 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated Armoured Aluminium Cable as per IS 7098. Make : Havells or its equivalent.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface as required.

Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of size 63/50, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket,tee, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16203 (Part 24), 2018 (Old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) completes with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of size 63/50 mm, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, tee, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16203 ( Part 24 ), 2018 (Old IS 14930, Part 2,2001) completes with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on surface/wall including clamping etc as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor type, floor mounted, Feeder box 100 amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase non-extendable type, single side open front, hang shutter with locking arrangement and having canopy on top. The Feeder box shall be made up of 1.6 mm thick Colled Rolled Sheet Steel of size 0.80m X 0.80m X 0.35m (minimum) mounted on MS frame made out of 35 x 35 x 5 mm MS angle and MS flat of size 30 X 5 mm suitable for mounting including it supply of 3 nos of 100 Amps Procelain cutout with Neutral link, 1 no of DOL starter panel (Make : L&T or its equivalent) suitable for 3 phase, 5 HP Motor & 1 no of 4 pole, 40 Amps Isolator. Panel should have provision for cable entry from bottom and shall be provided with additional base frame of 300 mm (minimum) at bottom. The panel should have inner earthing, 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finishing water proof paint of approved colour and it also includes excavation, foundation of panel etc as directed by Engineer in Charge.
