Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar under 4m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m cleaning the debrises with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete with all taxes, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excl. GST)

Earth work in all kind of soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and the Earth transported by transport vehicles with supply of all material labour transporation , taxes , tollage , royalties,port entry fees etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC .

Filling the low laying area with saline sand or dreged spoil as per required level in layer wise ,each layer not exceed 1mtr.,watering,compacting with VRR to achive OMC etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20 mm. & down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope consolidating, curing, watering charges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC .

Reinforced Cement concrete (1 cement:1.5 Coarse sand:3 chips) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.H.G. chips of approved quality for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of including mixing in a mixer machine, hoisting, laying in proper level, consolidating by mechanical vibrator,finished smooth to the form work and exposed surface, curing, water charges, including cost of all materials, labour, Transportation, all testing, engagement & hire charges of all mechaniries,T&P , tollage, royalties, all taxes excluding GST etc.all complete but excluding cost of reinforcement,formwork and bending/binding charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by Original steel manufacture company not for rolling mills minimum Steel of Grade - Fe 500, confirming to IS-1786 including, cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges,loading at one end & unloading at other end,T&P, all taxes,etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. (NB: No Wastage shall be Paid, Steel Coefficient shall be considered as per IS1786 for Payment Purpose.)
