Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of operational and non-operational areas including Power House, Pump House, Terminal Building, Nav-aids buildings, fire station, residential colony and other ancilliary buildings for round the clock operation on all days (i/c sunday & holidays) by engaging following manpower alongwith providing required tools and consumables as specified in special conditions of contract for day to day maintenance except spares. The job includes the preventive, routine maintenance, attending complaints, faults, breakdowns by taking rectification action ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, maintaining all records and documantations as per agreement conditions and as per instruction of EIC etc. complete as required. 1. Highly Skilled (Supervisor) - 01 No. (6 Days duty in a week). 2. Skilled (Electrician/DG Operator) - 08 Nos. (6 Days duty in a week). 3. Semi Skilled - 03 Nos. (6 Days duty in a week). 4. Unskilled (Helper) - 06 Nos. (6 Days duty in a week).

B Check maintenence of Fire fighting diesel engine type 4R1040 having 60 HP rating make Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. (KOEL) on half yearly basis and attending fault/breakdown calls as and when required from OEM within a short notice. B check includes supply & replacement of required spares as per manufacturer recommmendations ( such as lube oil filter, fuel filter, primary filter element, oil, coolant etc.) complete as required at site.

AMC of fire detection & alarm (FD&A) system which includes monthly visits or as and when required, for routine checking, cleaning and maintenance of following FD&A components installed in Terminal Building, DVOR, Localizer and Glide Path by providing a Technician with tools & tackles, consumables, minor spare parts (excluding smoke/heat/beam detectors, batteries, cables or any other major item) as per SCC and technical specifications complete as required. a) Fire alarm control panel (Adressable / Conventional) - 4 Nos. (Make: Apollo / System Sensor / Agni). b) Repeater Panel - 1 No. ( Make : Apollo). c) Smoke Detector - 157 Nos. (Make: Discovery (Apollo) / System Sensor / Agni). d) Beam Detectors - 2 Nos. ( Make : SecuRico). i) Heat Detector - 3 Nos. ( Make : System Sensor / Agni).

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of water purifiers / hot & cold water dispenser which includes monthly visits or as and when required, installed at different locations i/c providing required consumbles and spare parts, cleaning / replacing of carbon & filter, carrying out monthly servicing, fault finding and rectification etc as per SCC and Technical Specifications complete as required. a) Wall mounted UV water purifiers with purification capacity 200 ltrs / hours - 10 Nos. (Make: Aquaguard / Eureka Forbes / Maxx Aquafresh) b) Ground mounted Hot & Cold water dispenser, with rate of flow 2 ltrs / min - 03 Nos. (Make: Aquaguard / Eureka Forbes )

Painting of following installations in position with synthetic enamelled paint by spray/ brush painting by one or more coats including scraping, cleaning of surface & writing actual nomenclature with highlighted colour on the installation after painting etc. a) Distribution boards /out door panel/ Feedar pillar/Fire Hose box etc.

Labour charges for lowering & lifting i/c dismantling of different sizes submersible pump set/ jet assembly alongwith pipe lines, cable from the existing bore, as & when reqd. re-installing back of the same i/c cost of cable joint & minor items such as nut bolt & rubber packing etc. (charges for repairing or rectification of fault of pump/ motor will be paid separately).

Providing & replacement of top and bottom bearing / bush of ceiling fans i/c associated work as per the requirment of following fans i/c dismantling and reinstallation of fan with testing, commissioning etc.as reqd. (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer) a) Ceiling fan / Exhaust fan of all makes and models.

Rewinding of the following ceiling / exhaust fan, wall fan etc i/c dismanteling, transportation to workshop & back. (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer) a) Ceiling & wall bracket fan/ Exhaust fan (300mm)/ of all makes and models.

(Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer) a) 1 to 3 HP Three Phase monoblock/Submersible pump motor.

Repairing of following capacity of submersible/ monoblock water supply pumps & replacement of all required unserviceable parts such as discharge bowl/ discharge bearing, intermediate bowl/ impeller/ upthrust coller/ intermediate ball bearing/ pump shaft/ Suction inlet/ suction adopter/ pump motor coupling / water seal /rotar polishing & tuning of rotor etc i/c lath work, dismanteling, transportation to workshop & back and reinstallation i/c , testing & commissioning as reqd. (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer) a) 5 to 7.5 HP, 3 phase submersible pump

Servicing of 11kV HT Panel of Kirloskar make consisting of 5nos of 11kV VCB (2 I/C + 1 B/C + 2 O/G) including tightening the busbar, terminals, greasing, checking insulators, racking out & racking in VCB after proper servicing etc. and submission of test reports complete as required.

Servicing of 800/1250 amp, 415 V rated microprocessor based air-circuit breaker by racking out the ACB from the panel, making proper servicing and racking in etc. and submission of test reports complete as required. (make- L&T/ABB)

Dehydration and filtration of 750 KVA, 11kV/433V, Transformer, Oil Capacity 605 Ltrs, at site including testing of BDV & Acidity before and after dehydration and filtration and submission of test reports etc complete job, as required.

Testing and calibration checking of 51 RBN -O/C & E/F relay comprising of 2 O/C + 1 E/F units with IDMT & CHAR by primary current injection along with 01 no. under voltage and master trip relay. - 2sets ( for 11 KV HT incomers) and Testing and calibration checking of 51 RBN -O/C & E/F relay comprising of 2 O/C + 1 E/F units with IDMT & CHAR by primary current injection along with 1 no. 3 element Aux. Relay for buchholz wind temp. high & oil Temp. high trip and 1 no. 3 element Aux. Relay for buchholz wind temp. high & oil Temp. high alarm.- 2sets ( for 11 KV HT outgoings) and submission of test reports etc. complete job as required.

Decorating the terminal building canopy and poles from top to bottom in Tri colours (Orange, White & Green) with following LED lights including making connections and interconnections from nearest supply points and removal of the same after completion of occasion of, Republic Day, New year & Independence day for a period of 3 days. (On Rental) 1. Bright LED series riser lights (mini. 35 feet) - 200 nos. (mini.) 2. LED tricolor mesh (mini size. 5 feet x 10 feet) - 16 nos. (mini.)

Execution of items of schedule of rates "CPWD DSR 2018" as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal & external electrical installations as per direction of EIC, at different locations of Operational & non - Operational area including Terminal Building, ATS Building, Fire Station, Electrical Substation and other Ancilliary Buildings etc. as per the Special Terms & Conditions in addition to the General Terms & Conditions of the Contract etc. complete as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 2 Lacs (excl. GST for DSR items) & percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly.
