REPAIR TO BITUMEN CARPET ROAD ALONGWITH ROAD FURNITURE AT MIL STN AGARTALA

Material and labour for repairs to potholes of depth exc 30 mm and area not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm (using paving bitumen VG-30), binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.30 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), rolled with smooth wheeled power roller 8 to 12 tonne and compacted to required camber and gradient and finishes to a uniform and smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen grade VG-30 as a binder content by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part-I clause No 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For job mix formula design purpose maximum binder shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen. (ii) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more than 5.5%. (iii) During design stage if binder content used less than 5.5% necessary price adjustment on quoted rate shall be done as per actual binder content used. (iv) Cement shall be used as filler @ minimum 2% total weight of mix. No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of filler as per design mixed is more than 2%. (iv) Design job mix formula to be got approved from Accepting Officer.

Material & Labour for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MoRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in Repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing in Repair metal tubular dealineator made out of black metal body corrosion resistance and durable finish for road safety of regtangular shape of size 100mmx 1100mmx20mm of black and white colour and highly retro reflective type with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (200x200x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair of convex mirror made of PC material provided with 1.20M long, 50mm dia medium grade MS pipe post, duly powder coated as per site requirement and should have clear and definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle and unbreakable and stonger than glass of size 1000mm dia including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size (300x300x300mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick Moorum/red bajri spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.
