SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF NEW INDOOR LT MAIN DISTRIBUTION PANEL INCLUDING DISMANTLING OF OLD LT MAIN DISTRIBUTION PANEL ETC. AT SUB STATION NO.1 AT BBAU CAMPUS.

Civil Work – All civil work related to erecting the panel and for Making of Masonry duct of suitable size required for cable laying inside the substation with brick work & plastering etc. complete in all respect as required. (Dismantling of Old LT Panel is Contractors Responsibility and no additional payment shall be entertained for the same)

Buyback of Old LT Dismantled Panel – Buyback Amount on Total Cost for owning of Dismantled LT Panel which will become the property of contractor and the contractor will carry out the panel for its disposal on their side but excluding the SDFUs / Breakers/ MCCBs etc. which shall be taken by the department for its use.

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 500 KVAR APFC PANEL AT SUB STATION NO.1 OF BBAU CAMPUS.

Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of indoor type cubicle pattern LT Switch-Board with a rupturing capacity of 35/25 KA at 433V or as called for in individual items, openable in front and back suitable for 3-phase , 4-wire , 50Hz AC supply at an ambient temperature of 45°C. The cubicle should be rust proof, dust proof, vermin proof, well ventilated and enclosure protection shall be IP-42 as per IS 2147- 1962. The cubicle should be front operated, floor mounted, free standing with compartments in tier formation , extensible on both sides. The panel to be provided with PVC Sleeved 4-P Electrolytic Al Bus Bars and PVC insulated solid interconnections and also provided with 50x6mm horizontal G.I Earth Bus Bar across the length of panel. The Panels shall comprise of ACB's , MCCB's and Contactor as detailed below and conforming to IS 4237, IS 4047, IS 2208, IS 2516 and other relevant IES / BSS/ DIN standards /code as applicable. The MCCB's shall be provided with extended operating handle. All MCCB's shall be Thermal Magnetic Release based. The Panels/Switch boards shall be fabricated out of 14-SWG CRCA sheet steel and provided with 16 SWG hinged doors. A clear space of 300mm including 75mm base channel & as approved shall be left at the bottom. The operating handle of the top most switch shall not be higher than 1900mm from finished floor and maximum height of Panels shall not more than 2400mm . The Panels shall be Powder coated to paint of desired shade and in an approved manner (Powder coating process required) including dismantling of existing APFC panel & making connections etc. as required.
