Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity from PAC Holder i.e. M/S. KNORR BREMSE INDIA PVT LTD - PALWAL, or from authorized dealer of PAC holder. Authorized dealer has to upload authorization from PAC holder with their offer. If Railway prima facie satisfies that other firm is capable of manufacture and supply same/equivalent item then that firm may be considered for placement of developmental order. Such firms have to upload documents in support of supply credential like IC/R-Note etc.

Firm willing to avail benefit of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firm's status will be treated as Non- MSE firm.
