Taking down cement plaster / terrazzo of any description thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound all as per manufactures instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces, ceiling etc finished surface Even and Smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfacces of ceilling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two Coats of oil emulsion distemper on newly Plastered Surfaces of internal wall over 3 mm thick wall care putty over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paint on newly Plastered Surfaces of external Walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for Prepration of old surfaces of walls includinng scrapping down smoke ,soot,and efflorescent salts and treatings oil and gresy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing removing nails making good holes cracks etc on plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as as specified and as directed. Note:- Curing shall be done before and after applying of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantaling floor hearth or wall tiling/china mosaic including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of Each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of Each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in skirting ,dados in vertical surfaces etc and including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm,450x350 or 350x250 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with & including rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/ rectangular area of Each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20- 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring laid and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone as in vertical surfaces risers of steps , skirting, dado and pillars etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone slab laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on newly painted steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles,lime terracing or cement concrete,including flashing and junction of parapet,etc,and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @1.70 kg per Sqm.blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per Sqm and lightly tampered (area of flashing etc.shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for roofs-

(a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /Sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces.

(c) One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame.

(d) Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for cement concrete tiles size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick machine cut pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors and cut and polished complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting grooves in brick wall,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers ,apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including use of formwork (straight or curved) ,including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed. (Note :-reinforcement where provided shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per Sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300mm incl excavating channel along the wall and roding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre incl drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and as directed.
