Demolition of brickwork built in lime or cement mortar including all quiens arches pillars etc but excluding precast concrete articles.

Demolition of cement concrete in drain paving etc. not exc. 15 cm thicknes above or below ground level.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep as in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point of soils all as specifed and directed.

M & L Brick work withsub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel & drain including necessary form work complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work;vertical or to batter complete.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions all as specified and directed

M&L Formwork to rough finished flat surface of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, lintels, cantilevers, shelves incl supports, overhangs, etc. complete as all spfd and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete as per directed.

M & L Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sqcm but n.exc 250 Sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes , drain cover etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to lengh bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M & L in repair providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 25mm thick solid including all moulding incl frame of PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM 1:4 coplete all as spfd & directed. Note- reinforcement shall measured seprately , the pre cast jalli shall have even & smooth finished in one side & even & fair on other side .

M&LTwo coats of cement based paint over a coat primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L One coat of cement based paint including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L a coat of syntetic enamel paint over old steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing incl 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, chan link fencing but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F Framed work such as gates, guard bards including pintle hinge , stops, hand made sliding bolt etc with ends of bar should and /or reveted or forged into spikes, confirming to Fe 290 grade E-165 as specified and directed

M & L Two coats of syntetic enamel paint over new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described over one coat red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete.

Dismantling of old rusted chain link fencing complete.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type. Note : Fixing of chain link fencing will be measured seperately

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire
