Repair to 6000 GPH x 300 meter head HC pump set alongwith allied works at pumping station Darsoo stage-1st (New)

Repair to 6000 GPH x 300 meter head HC pump installed at pumping station Darsoo stage 1st (new) . The job involves decoupling of pump from motor and then transporting it to the Workshop from pumping station by manual carriage to the road side and then transporting the pump to the workshop. Job includes repair of pump by way of dismantling of the pump and extraction of internal assembly followed by Providing\fitting of impellers 3no., diffuser 3no. ,diffuser bushes 3no. neck ring 3no , protection sleeve 2no. . Providing and fitting of new bearings as per sample at driving and non-driving end respectively. Job also includes Assembling the pump and shifting back to the pumping station by way of transporting the repaired pump from workshop to road side and then transporting it to pumping station by way of manual carriage. Lowering of pump on base frame, making alignment & leveling, securing with fasteners and coupling thereof, making of electrical connections Testing the pump set on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, carriage charges , loading & unloading charges , hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
