Supply and fixing in replacement of Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Foot valve conforming to IS 4038, supplied and installed complete of size 150 mm (6") dia.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Fire brigade inlet connection 2 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Hydrant valve double headed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Hose reel drum 36m long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of complete re-wiring and interlocking of Fire panels, repair/servicing of pump starters, cleaning of contactors terminals, checking of sensors and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maint and servicing of Jockey pump of capacity 15 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maint and servicing of electrical operated fire pump of capacity 60-75 HP & Dismantling of 75 HP motor electric from foundation and pump opening the same and only serviceing of motor by cleaning internally and externally, varnishing of winding, checing of stator, greasing of bearing, fittings allignment, connecting electrically re-fixing and testing the job shall be done at plant only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor of 3 Phase, 415 Volts, Cap 75 HP,2850 LPM & 70 m head after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings including numex paper, glass paper, thimble, glass sleevs, main lead, back doll, Varnish and drying in oven including fitments of thermostate protection relay and bearing of specified type, including required nut bolts (stainless steel) reassembling and air testing to ensure leak lightness of the joints complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares / parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid secretly under respective items.
