SUPPLY OF TRUCK MOUNTED SUCTION CUM JETTING MACHINE FOR MAINTENANCE OF UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN SHIVAMOGGA CITY CORPORATION

Tenderer should submit details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three years and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments as prescribed in section XII of tender document.

Tenderer must submit Solvency certificate from a Nationalized Bank to the tune of Rs.42.75 lakhs as provided in section-XV of tender document

Tenderer should have annual turnover of at least an amount equal to 2 times of the estimated cost i.e. Rs.300.00 lakhs during any two of the last five Financial Year i.e. from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The Tenderer should submit copy certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN number

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized, as per authorization form in Section XIII of tender document, by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India.

Tenderer shall have good network of service center /service support for the after sales service within 400 km radius from Shivamogga or anywhere inside Karnataka state. Tenderer Should enclosed relevant documents like Trade Certificate / Establishment Certificate / EPF registration Certificate Which confirms the same.

Tenderer should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act. If the Tenderer is manufacturer then should posses ISO registration certification copy and the same should be enclosed.

Tenderer should submit GST Registration Certificate

Tenderer should submit the legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership etc
