Supply of following size Anti Rodent Fire Retardant Permanantly lubricated HDPE (High density Polyethylene) Pipe alongwith necessary accessories with pulling rope fitted inside complete as required and as per the technical specifications etc. complete as required. OD 63 mm

Supply of following rating 5000V, 50 Hz series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections conforming to specification as required.

Making / cutting of approx 65 mm dia hole ( 1 nos) in each of the existing C.I. Transformer Housing Box of thickness upto 10 mm for entry/ exit of HDPE pipe of 63 mm Outer Dia as required ( Location - Existing CI Transformer Housing Boxes are installed in Shoulder area of Runway made of Bitumin ).

Laying of HDPE pipe of upto 63 mm OD, complete with accessories in the soil for GLF work upto 750 mm deep, connecting both/one end to existing chamber/CC collar/CI Housing box, including excavation, protective covering and back filling & making good the same as per site requirement .

Laying of HDPE pipe of upto 63 mm OD complete with accessories in the shoulder/runway/taxiway of concrete/bitumin surface i/c machine cutting of runway/taxiway/shoulder surface of width upto 110 mm and upto 200 mm deep and taking the excavated material out of the area within a lead upto 2 kms and refilling & making good the same by Cement Concrete of ratio 1:3:6 as per the site requirement.

Laying of HDPE Pipe of upto 63 mm OD complete with accessories in the existing cable duct / masonary trench etc. as required

Laying of 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with surface / recessed conduit / pipe / cable etc. as required.

Making connection of 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed unshielded copper cable with dry type plug & receptacle i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape etc as well as checking continuty with the existing circuits etc. complete as required as per direction of E-I-C.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / Power cable of voltage grade upto 5 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE /DWC HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Identifying and Dismantling of old cable laid in existing masonary trench/ Duct / ground of size up to 25 Sq MM, upto 5 KV grade and returning to AAI store as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) as required.
