Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. Note :- (a) Demolition of slab of semi UG Sump will be done with proper safety precautions, scafolding, covering of well/Sump with proper steel shuttering including steel posts/ struts and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included with quoted rate for the item and nothing extra shall be admissible on the account to be included for steel complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick surface horizontal or sloping, fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings , lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc and similar works fair finished complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to better with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surface of square rectangular or polygonal concrete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete Design Mix (M-25) using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams cantilivers bressumers etc complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete Design Mix (M-25) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv roof treatment including PCC padding if any, plastering, removing existing bitumen felt treatment including brushing, cleaning top surface of roof slab, brooming etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, in floors, plinth courses, protection for interlocking of paver blocks rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Roof treatment :- (a) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces. (b) After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of surfaces. (c) Provide APP modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minimum weight of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. Product Name Multi plus manufactured by M/S STP texa Ltd Gurgaon/Hyper Plus Standard Manufactured by IWL India ltd Chennai, Bengal Acquaflux manufactured by Bengal bitumen New Delhi/Superior plus 310 by STP Lfd and any other product as appproved by E-in-C Br will be used. APP membranne will be laid across the slop from lowest line of slopping roof toward ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm and side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown.

Srl item No 18 contd (d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen penetration of bitumen when tested as perIS 1203 will not be more than 40/Confiming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bvitumen coat. (e) Coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall around opening and treatment mentioned above (except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in CM 1:6. (f) Two coats of Aluminium paint over membrane shall be provided as per manufacturer instructions. Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only or through their authorised personal only.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 21.00 here-in-before but except bricks.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:3) on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on external wall surfaces (ht not exc 3.5m from ground level) in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement as in roof projection/chajjas/facia incl soffit of chajjas using GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing, complete all as specified. Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated) sheets including ridges as in roof covering, complete all as speciified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, hold fasts, plinth band, bed blocks, benching and like slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipe , soil and waste pipe (any size or pattern ), including all fittings, heads , shoes bends , swan-necks etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC SWR 110mm dia Type-B ( pressure not less than 6 kg /cm2) pipes in any length fixed to walls with PVC/MS holder or clamps and conforming to IS-1729 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing in the same position of Rolling shutters of any size and in any position making functional by way of repairs of ball bearing and spring and greasing included in the rate quoted complete and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Excavation in trenches, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes 150mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of 150 mm dia as in concrete bed to drain pipe incl packing under, and hunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, B-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole covers slab/shelves etc including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of internal wall/floors of RCC over head reservoir of Capacity 75000 Gallon including removing fine sand/silt deposited inside the over head reservoirs with the help of wire brushes and removing any fungus formation inside the tank, removing the waste by opening wash out valves and applying caustic soda solution and one coat of lime wash internally including cement base white wash of complete OH tank to the external wall, bottom surface, pillar and painting of raising main pipe line and delivery line by black paint and writing work with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code mentioning (a) date of cleaning (b) Next due date of cleaning (c) Capacity of tank etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :All precautionery measure such as safety belt, climbing rope, scaffolding etc to be taken by the contractor to safeguard human life while working on overhead reservoir. The rates quoted for the item shall be inclusive of the same.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating of soling of broken boulders not exceeding 15cm thick with power roller exc 5 tonne and nexc 8 Tonne, complete all as specified and directed..

Hardcore of broken stone or boulder of guage exc 63mm but n exc 100mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed..

Cleaning of internal walls for underground or semi underground sump located at Stage II, Pump House of Capacity 50000 Gallons. The work also includes washing with clean water and bleaching powder including scraping with wire brush on walls and floors & removing mud and grits & deposits properly to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr. including applying cement base white wash to external wall and painting of raising main pipe line and delivery line by black paint and Writing the date of cleaning and Next due date of cleaning on a rectangular box of size 75cm x 50cm, wriing in white colour on black back as directed all as specified and as directed.

Chlorine testing kit complete with test tubes, solution complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of water from the approved govt lab and testing the following perameter of water :- PH range, Total solids, total hardness, Floride, Nitrites, Nitrates, Lead Arsenic, Ammonia, Chlorides, Cadmium, Cyanide, Mercury Iron, Management, Surphate, Phernolic and submission the report to Deptt or as directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- Sample of water shall be collected by the Contractor, in presence of medical staff / MES staff and empty containers collection sample bottle shall be provided by the contractor.

Machine pressed concrete interlocking paver block any shape, size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measured & paid seperately.

Sand filling under floors or in foundation laid in layers 25mm thick including watering and consolidation for laying inter locking tiles, complete all as specified and directed.
