Material and labour for high tension lightning arrestor, expulsion type suitable for 11 KV with all fittings of transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 11 KV air break gang operated device of rating 400 amps, 3Pole, vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with and including GI tubing 25 mm bore light grade and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly claimped with lugs, connected to existing 11 KV supply and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 100 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound outdoor type step down transformer complete with first filling of ISI marked transformer oil of required dielectric strength and other standard fittings / accessories and 7 position off circuit tap changer (tapping range +7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group DYn-11. Standard fittings/accessories to be supplied alongwith transformer :- Name, Rating & Diagram Plate – 01 Set, OFF circuit tap changing switch - 1 No, Earthing Terminals - 2 Nos., Lifting lugs - 2 Nos, Oil Level Indicator - 1 No, Oil Drain valve with Plug - 1 No, Oil filter valve with plug - 1 No, Conservator with oil filling hole with cap 1 No, Thermometer pocket - 1 No, 4” dial type thermometer stem type - 01 No, Air release plug - 1 No, Silica gel breather - 1 No, Explosion vent -1 No, Bidirectional C.I. rollers- 4 Nos, Arching horn set (HV side) - 3 Nos. Note : Above transformer specification ref. IS : 1180-2014 and should be of level 2.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of servo voltage stabilizer (outdoor type) of 100 KVA Capacity for automatic controlling/regulating operation of voltage comprising of auto transformer, copper wound with new transformer Oil of required dielectric strength, servo motor, auto controlled solid state control circuit and other fittings & accessories as under:- Voltmeter (0-500 V) to read input/output voltage per phase, Mains/Low/High limit Indicators, Manual Increase/Decrease Push Switch, Auto/Manual mode control switch and output adjustment. Three phase neutral oil cooled designed for input variation between 300 v to 480 v with output voltage stabilized at 415 V with accuracy ±2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second, including suitable platform as reqd on site. Complete all as as specified & directed.

Supply and erecting of true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fix aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of following size as in overhead conductor including fixing aluminium tapes for binding and line connectors, complete all as specified and directed: - 6/1 x 3.0 - Ferret Note: The weight of the conductor shall be determined as stipulated in Preamble (b) on Page No. 419 of SSR-2020 Part-II (Rates).

Supply and fixing, disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145 mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 long, stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles, GI stay wire 7/4 SWG, galvanised steel 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, etc and all other accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 on MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stay clamp, excavation and earth work and concrete for stay pit and insulator shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of red oxide primer coat and two coat of silver paint all as specified and directed.
