Centre to centre etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm. And B.G. 10 stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75cm. c/c) etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing plain cement concrete M-20 Grade using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate nominal maximum size of 40mm and down graded metal to IS specified grading (To achive the specified charachteristic strength of 20N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingrediants in approved mixer including placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing surface with all leads and etc. complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding steel centering and reinforcement grills in position as per the direction of the engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specification by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M20 grade using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 20 N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by bailing / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of RTS grill for reinforced cement concrete including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, cutting etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling loose boulders of Size more than 300mm and weight more than 40kg in U/S and D/S apron using including conveyance,cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size above 1.00 m and upto 2.00 m width, consist of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick Mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 x 50 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more 0.60m and provided with 8 mm thick Mild Steel guesst plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc., Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting eqipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges , charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works , trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating Supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel shutters of size above 2.00 M and upto 3.00 M width, consists of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm RSJ 150 at an invertal not more than 0.50m and vertical stffeners made out of 100x50mm MS channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick Mild steel Gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc., Conveying the fabricated shutter by using Lorries including Loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
