Supply & Fixing of Y-Body with minimum thickness of MS IS-2062 Grade Fe-410 WA sheet 8mm (Minimum) having length of Y-body with extension with motor stool & extension piece with spider/ guide bush and rubber bush & should be epoxy coated with anticorrosive paint (Two coat) for 10 Cs pump (P3 & P4) as per sample & specifications as per Annexure ‘A’
Supply & Fixing of Propeller with propeller shaft for 10 Cs pump (P3 & P4) as per sample & specifications as per Annexure ‘A’
Supply & Fixing of Alloyed Cast Iron Propeller Casing with casing liner ring of min. 8mm thickness and capable of fitment with suction bowl and diffuser assembly & specifications for 10 Cs pump ( P3 & P4).as per Annexure ‘A’.
Supply & Fixing of Line Shaft compatible with Y-Body & extension piece with coupler & SS Sleeve for 10 Cs pump (P3) as per sample & specifications as per Annexure ‘A’
Supply & Fixing of new G.M. bush in gland housing as per sample for 10 Cs pump (P3) as per sample.
Supply & Fixing of CI Bush with rubber bush after machining of suction bowl and diffuser assembly for 10 Cs pump (P3) as per sample. (01 No. in suction bowl & 02 No. in diffuser assembly)
Supply & Fixing of H.S. Nut & Bolts of suitable size for 10 Cs pump (P3 & P4).
Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 5. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 6. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 7. Completion period – completion period is 3 Months. 8. Warranty must be 18 Months or 2500 Operation hours, whichever is earlier from the date of acceptance. 9. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents. 10. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 11. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 12. The bidders must create their contractor ID on HEW Portal (https://works.haryana.gov.in/ ) and accordingly upload the contractor profile summary in bidding documents, failing which the bid will be rejected. 13. Old scrap will be property of the department, if any. 14. Firms enlisted by the Department for Repair / Rehabilitation of pump can only participate.
