Designing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing in position semi (grid) unitized system of structural glazing (with open joints) for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building for all heights and all levels, including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for the specified design loads conforming to IS 875 part III (the system must passed the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure), including functional design of the aluminum sections for fixing glazing panels of various thicknesses, aluminium cleats, sleeves and splice plates etc. gaskets, screws, toggles, nuts, bolts, clamps etc., structural and weather silicone sealants, flashings, fire stop (barrier)-cum-smoke seals, microwave cured EPDM gaskets for water tightness, pressure equalisation & drainage and protection against fire hazard including: b) Fabricating and supplying serrated M.S. hot dip galvanised / Aluminium alloy of 6005 T5 brackets of required sizes, sections and profiles etc. to accommodate 3 Dimentional movement for achieving perfect verticality and fixing structural glazing system rigidly to the RCC/ masonry/structural steel framework of building structure using stainless steel anchor fasteners/ bolts, nylon seperator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etc. of stainless steel grade 316, of the required capacity and in required numbers. c) Providing and filling, two part pump filled, structural silicone sealant and one part weather silicone sealant compatible with the structural silicone sealant of required bite size in a clean and controlled factory / work shop environment , including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass. d) Providing and fixing in position flashings of solid aluminium sheet 1 mm thick and of sizes, shapes and profiles, as required as per the site conditions, to seal the gap between the building structure and all its interfaces with curtain glazing to make it watertight. e) Making provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc. complete. This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. In the end, the Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this subhead. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves ) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Supplying, Drilling/Cleaning hole and fixing of approved make Metal Expansion Anchor, Torque Controlled Expansion Anchor of Sizes M16. The Anchor should possess ETA approval and should be pre-assembled with a galvanised bolt as per EN ISO 4042 : 1999 , ingenious expansion sleeve M16 (galvanised) and - (EN ISO 4042 : 1999), a nut of Strenght Class 8 (EN ISO 20898-2:2013) and a galvanised washer (EN ISO 4042:1999). The anchor should possess at least 50 years of working life. THe anchor should be approved for use in Cracked and Uncracked Concrete, should have 2 effective embedment depths for the same diameter in respective ETA. Fixing of Anchor can be done with Hammer Drilled, Hollow Drill Bit Drilled Holes or Diamond Cored Holes as per ETA. Anchor should be approved for use in M15-M95 grade of concrete. The Anchor must have a Partial Safety Factor of Steel = 1.4. Anchor must be have as per Seismic C1 and C2 Category of TR045. Respective ETA to have Fire Resistance values in Fire for upto 130 mins as per EOTA TR 020, Design of Anchor should be done as per ETAG Annex C design mehod A, approved for Static Loads and EOTA TR 045, Seismic approval with C1 or C2 category considering relevant displacement values as per ETA for Seismic Applications.
Providing and fixing stainless steel sheet cladding (SS 304 grade, minimum 1.5 mm thick) over walls / pillars. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Patch repair of PQC Pavement Blocks using three component solvent free Epoxy mortar conforming to ASTM C 395-01(2012) including cutting scrapping the treatment area in shape by mechanical means and application with manpower. Patch should be cut in Geometric shape and required depth as per requirement. Patch area should be cleaned and dried after cutting and primed using a suitable primer and after priming Epoxy mortar shall be filled in the area all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Double Skin Standing Seam insulated Profiled Roofing System of Approved make manufactured in 0.55 mm BMT and - 0.6Omm TCT (total coated thicknessJ permanently colour coated steel (150 gsm. zinc - aluminium alloy coating total of both sides as per AS 1397:7993) including accessories comprising of the following layers : The standing seam sheet of Min. 400 mm effective cover width with three stiffeners symmetrically spaced between ribs and standing seam height of 65 mm shall be 0.55 mm bmt (0.60mm TCT) having yield strength 300MPa (Fy=300Mpa), metallic coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy (i.e. 550/o Al, 43.4o/o Zinc, 7.60/o Si), 42150 (min 150 gm/m2 total on both sideJ confirms to IS15961 / AS1397, pre-painted with Polyester quality paint of minimum 20pm exterior coat on top surface and minimum 5pm reverse coat on back surface over minimum 5pm epoxy primer coat on both surfaces of approved color shade by Engineer-in Charge. The sheet conforms to general requirement of AS/NZS 2728 type 4 / lS L5965 class 3 durability and BIS registration. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular intervals for confirming genuinely of the material. Concealed fix cladding shall be fixed using Aluminium clip, fastened with 40pm zinc coated or 25pm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566'2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make (Buildex/Roofix or equivalentJ as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. The fastener size shall be calculated as per the design or manufacturers recommendations. The profile sheet, fastener size etc. shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The measurement shall be based on finished/covered surface area. 2. Second Layer - Insulation layers - The insulation shall be 100 mm thick [laid in two layers of 50mm with vapour barrier) fiberglass/Mineral wool with minimum density 24kg/m3 with single side aluminium foil facing as vapour barrier to achieve minimum U value of 0.36W/m2 K as approved by Engineer-ln-Charge. 3. GI Bracket- Galvanised steel bracket of min. thickness 1.5 mm to be provided over liner, with 120 gsm. Min. yield strength of 340 Mpa and to be fixed with fasteners. 4. Bottom Sheet - The size, shape and pitch of Corrugation and colour of liner sheet shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheeting material shall be 0.50 mm Base Metal Thickness [BMT), Hi-Strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with A2150 Aluminium-zinc alloy (55% Al, 43.40/oZinc,t.6o/o Si) as per IS 15961. The colour coated sheet shall be coated with Polyester quality paint of minimum 20 microns on exposed surface and minimum 5 micron on reverse back surface over minimum 5 micron epoxy primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour. The exposed paint system shall conform to AS/NZS 2728 type-4 / 1515965 class 3 for the durability. Material Source (Sheet Coil)- Tata bluescope steel / ISW / Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. (Korea) The roofing system shall be complete with all accessories required clips, screws, rivets, fastners, brackets etc as per shop drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Detailed reports for clip pull out strength and calculation to be provided by the manufacturer based on wind load as per IS 875. (Note: The work shall be executed as per manufacturer's specifications wherever applicable, relevant code of practice and sound engineering practice).
Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching and mixing plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using Ordinary Portland Cement of 45/53 grade or Portland Pozzolana Cment or Portland Slag cement conforming as per relevant IS codes, to be mixed at site, with 0.5% Super plasticizer by mass of cementitious material, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/desing as approved by the Engineer-In-charge using Slip form Paver or Fiexed form paver including anti friction layer, joint filler board, making necessary provision for expansion, dummy and construction joint including filling with Polysulphide sealant fo approved make, curing and making profile, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and specifications, The item for execution shall include all operations making pavement for intended use but not limited to following: (i) Polyethylene sheet (White in color) of thickness 400 micron conforming to IS: 2508 with 6mm thick fine sand layer. (ii) Proving and laying in position for expansion joint, 25mm thick pre-cut Synthetic joint filler board of approved make conforming to IS : 1838(Part 3)-2011, 45mm from top(to be removed at the time of filling of Ploysulphide sealant). (iii) Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. (iv) Proving and laying in position Ploysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BSD-5212-1990 or IS::P 11433-1995 in expansion/ construction/ dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Ploysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. as per the details below: (a) Expansion joint of size 25mm wide and 10mm deep oer 30mm dia expanded closed-cell Ployethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufactures's specifications and specified sketch. (b) Construction Joints of size 10mm wide and 10mm deep over 12mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufactures's specifications and specified sketch. (c) Dummy Joints of size 10mm wide and 10mm deep over 12mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufactures's specifications and specified sketch. (v) Making profile as per DGCA CAR, panel drawing showing dummy, construction, expansion joints location. Note: (i) Areas inaccessible to paving equipment shall be constructed by manual/hand guided method. Areas in which manual/hand guided methods of construction become indispensable shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in writing in advance. (ii) The quantity of cement, type of cement and super plastizcizer for one cum. of finished concerete specified are for tendering purpose only. The contractor shall quote his rates assuming quantity of OPC cement as 360 Kgt/Cum or 400Kg of Portland Pozzolana Cement/Portland Slag cement. in addition, if the actual quantity of cement & super plasticizer required as per loboratory mix design varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of cement and super plasitcizer as per mix design, if any, shall be done as per the rate of cement and super platicizer in actual supply voucher from manufacturer/authorized dealer at the time of excution. In the case of authorized distrubutor, the rate may be authenticated by the manufacturer. The rate of cement and super plasticizer exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.
