Fully Automatic push button operated Auto Transformer Starter housed in 2mm CRCA sheet, powder coated fixed type, front compartmentalized totally enclosed, free standing, and floor mounting type, dust and vermin proof duly wired up ready for installation at site. The Bus bar shall be of suitable current carrying capacity duly sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in proper color phase identification. Having protection as phase reversal, phase loss, current unbalance, under/over voltage with LED display of fault indication & LED digital Amp/volt metering display plain entries for PVC cables The transformer will be of copper wound heavy duty in 50%,65%,80% tapping suitable for 100HP starting current. Other components i.e. contactor, MCCB, relays, protection relays, metering section will be as suitable for 100HP load Make of panel & components: Advance/Any DJB appoved make.
Transformer oil Make: Savita or approved make
Installation fixing of Automatic A.T.S. with all electrical and mechanical connection with proper thumbing tapping of cable and connection of existing cable with required civil work.
Loading unloading by heavy labour & transportation charges.
Testing & commissioning of the Auto transformer starter with relevant IS, testing of the ATS prior to switching on as follow Continuity and earth testing Meggaring of all equipments for phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. Checking for all tightness of nut and bolts Alignments of doors etc. All functional tests/setting of protection parameters.
