Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary soil Upto any depth .Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him at his on cost in all cases

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 Sand :8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including cost of formwork and carriage of material with in all leads and lift

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Nominal mix 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 Sand :6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of formwork and carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Nominal mix (1:2:4) ( 1 cement :2 Sand :4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, 1:1:2 ( 1 cement :1 Sand :2 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) trimix flooring , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, and required admixture ,wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including cost of formwork with provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501. the concrete will be mixed through weigh batching mixer including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface/ Granular Material to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with any lift and lead as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specifications including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base with paver finisher and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,pneumatic , vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler VG 30, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Dressing the Berms including cutting and filling upto any level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

P/L hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick i/c reflectorising glass beads @250 gram/sqm. using Nerolac paint Area thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 . The finished surface to be level uniform and free from steeks and holes including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 3m-290 series road studs (Cat eye ) with double molded shank made of polycarbonate and ABS Molded body and reflected panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the right entering the lens face and shell support a load of 16000 kg insizes of 90x110x17 mm. further for durable uses the studs are constructed using flexible and UV Protected material provided with suitable epoxy for fixing to roads including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete including entire satisfaction of engineer in charge (as per ASPM Standard) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm ISI Marked NTC Make as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 150 including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete Pipe NP2 (burried conduits) ISI Marked on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonary work in head wall and parapets 500 mm dia including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.
