Supply , laying & testing in repair for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 120 Sqmm nominal cross section x 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material of tubular sleeve version and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sq mm complete .Make- Raychem/ Denson/3M.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material of tubular sleeve version and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sq mm complete .

Taking down existing old Steel raod light pole including light fittings GI pipe SMC box etc by complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Full cast iron pole 3.5 Mtr (nominal) above the foundation top level up to bracket. weight of pole & Bracket approx. 100kg ± 3%. Pole made out of cast iron Top to bottom, Base Plate Size 360mm. The Pole & bracket fabricated with cast iron embellishment, joints column section etc including reinforced internally M.S. tube inside the pole. The bottom pole should have an integral inbuilt connection box with cover duly mounting arrangement of one no.10 amp. SP MCB, one No.32 amp 4way heavy duty connector complete etc as reqd. The pole shall be painted by attractive looking paint of gold /copper colour black base as required to give it a rich look. This colour shall be of polyurethane paint & lacquer coating shall make the pole look attractive including 1 No. Double arm full cast iron bracket & 2 Nos 300mm Polycarbonate Globe, 30-40W LED Retrofit Lamp, stainless steel screws complete including anchor bolts and plate / jig nuts and bolt of suitable size etc complete as reqd. Note- Cost of earth work, and PCC shall be also included in quoted Rate. Make. Hi-Lite Cat No.HL-6301 Antique-II or equivalent from the make specified in list of makes.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of maintenance free Chemical earthing system (Grid type, set of 03 earth) confirming to IS:3043 using copper pipe of size 3000 mm long, 1.6 mm thick and outer dia of pipe should be not less than 77 mm dia with exothermic "T" point rod with 7.5 mtr long copper strip of size 50 x 6 mm. with test certificate 99.99%. The ground enhancing compound made of Marconite conductive aggregate (consist of Marconite resin based cements, adhesive and gypsum plaster) shall not be less than 225 KGs, The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made out of electrolytic grade copper for connection earth continuity conductor with copperwire/ strip. PCC champer of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm with cover shall be privided on top of earth system on 100 mm thich PCC 1;3;6 bed concrete. The chamber shall burried in ground with top edge projecting upto 75 mm from ground surface complete all as sepcified and as directed. Note :- The earth rresistance value should be less than 1.00 Ohm . (ii) The quoted rate sahll include cost of copper strip 50 mm x 6 mm up to 7.5 Mtr lenght and earth pit bore hard /disintegrated rock. (iii) The contractor shall given a written guarantee for maintenance earth resistane of less than 1 ohm for a period of 5 Years from the certificate date of complection.
