Engagement of labour for clearance of site (Complete Job).

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed. (All kind of soil 1 meter from cutting Edge)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering -All work up to plinth level with 1:5:10 1 Cement: 5 Coarse sand: 10graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size).

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering -All work up to plinth level.1:2:4 (1Cement: 2Coarse sand: 4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).

Providing under layer including preparation of ground 75mm thick (un compacted) layer of dry stone aggregate & grouted with sand. (Complete Job).

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering –All work up to plinth level with 1:3:6(1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) .

Providing & Fixing of precast cement concrete paver tiles flooring 60 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mix & joints to be filled with cement mortar 1:3 mix (Complete Job).

Centering & shuttering including strutting propping etc. & removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

12mm Cement plaster of: 1:4(1 cement :4 Fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing of innaugration granite Stone of size 2’-0 x 2’-6” including engraved letters and pedestrial of 4’-6” height complete job as per direction engineer-in charge.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading/ unloading & stacking complete. Sand
