S&F 300mm long air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod of 12mm dia on the highest point of buildings or as required at site on porcelain base support complete after taking down old unserviceable aluminium air termination rod all as specified and directed

S&F 300mm long air termination, single pointed, copper rod of 12mm dia on the highest point of buildings or as required at site on porcelain base support complete after taking down old unserviceable copper air termination rod all as specified and directed

S&F test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screw housed in FRP box duly locking arragement including connecting down conductor and eath strip/wire after taking down old unserviceable test point terminal block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25x3.15mm Aluminium strip with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground of any type of wall surfaces with necessary fixing arrangment by providing porcelaing base at 60cm inter bal and using cadmium plated fixing screw and insulator per running meter all as required at site complete after dismantling of old unserviceable aluminium strip all as specified and directed. (Note:- 1. Strip will be installed on saddles in such a way that in no case the aluminium strip comes in direct contract with pole/wall/roof. 2. aluminium strip will be fixed epoxy base insulators of suitable size and rates were deemed to be included in quoted prices).

S&F 20 x 3.15mm Copper strip with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground of any type of wall surfaces with necessary fixing arrangment by providing porcelaing base at 60cm inter bal and using cadmium plated fixing screw and insulator per running meter all as required at site complete after dismantling of old unserviceable copper strip all as specified and directed. M & L for Earthing complete with Gl earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt, charcoal, bentonite powder 10 KG and garden soil around the plate and connected to Gl earth wire of 4.00 mm dia by means of Gl nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-l and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of Cl cover, watering arrangement shall be made with Gl pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with Gl pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber, including removing old earthing and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Earthing complete with Gl earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt, charcoal, garden soil and bentonite powder of adequate quantity and connected to Gl earth strip 25 x 4 mm thick by means of Gl nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of Cl cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with Gl pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber, including removing old earthing and all as specified and directed by Engr-inCharge. M & L for Earthing complete with Gl earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt, charcoal, garden soil and bentonite powder 35 KG and connected to Gl earth strip 32 x 6 mm thick by means of Gl nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of Cl cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with Gl pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber, including removing old earthing and all as specified and directed by Engr-inCharge. M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt mixed with 10% garden soil and 50 Kg bentonite powder, PCC pit chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete including removing old earthing and all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing maintenance-free chemical earthing complete with copper-bonded steel electrode of not less than 17.2 mm dia and 3.0 m long (copper bonding thickness not less than 250 microns) or pure copper electrode of 50 mm dia and 3.0 m long, as specified, surrounded by a proprietary backfill compound of non-corrosive, moisture-retaining and conductive material, conforming to IS:3043 and IEC 62561 (Part 7). The work shall include excavation, preparation of pit, provision of PVC earth pit chamber with CI cover, funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, and connection to earthing strip/wire by exothermic welding or with copper clamps and nuts, bolts, and washers. Testing of earth resistance shall be carried out using calibrated digital earth tester by fall-of-potential method as per IS:3043, and test report shall be submitted in the prescribed format duly signed by all concerned. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
