1. Outsourcing services for operation/maintainance of DG Set installations any type and any capacity at various locations in 223 ABOD and 23 FAD Suranussi with one skilled operator of appropriate category of industrial person for each fire fighting installation listed below to operate DG Set located in various locations and Electric Panels and other connected equipments installed as per direction given time to time by Eng-in charge listed below round the clock(03 shifts of 08hrs each/day) including sunday/holiday for the following DG Set Installation located including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.
(a) DG Set Installation at IMU Pump House & Shed No-6 -03 Shift/Day
(b) DG Set Installation at Shed No-27A & 27B-03 Shift/Day
© DG Set Installation at Mag No-3 & 4 -03 Shift/Day
(d) DG Set Installation at Old & New TCM -03 Shift/Day
(e) DG Set Installation at Perimeter lights -03 Shift/Day
NOTE : (I) Minimum qualification/experiencce for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field with 4years experience in same field . Cotractor shall submit necessary documents of qualification & experience for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Eng-in-Charge. (ii)Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him (iii)contractor shall provid all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (iv)Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing state/central govt rules.Provision of reliver for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted (v)Cleaning of Installation and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to inlude this provision. (vi)Necessary logbook/logsheet ,duty roaster,attendace register will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Eng-In-Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift/manpower , penalty @ Rs 1000/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor.
