Comprehensive Annual Maintenance and Operation of special illumination work and complete electrical system including other lights and Fountains, transformer, DG Set, etc. at Vidhyadhar Ka Bagh, (Ghat Ki Guni), Jaipur.

Comprehensive Annual Operation & Maintenance of the special illumination electrical installation (i.e. all special luminaries including Dimmers, computer software & hardware, UPS, etc. installed in two Phases) including routine cleaning, servicing & maintenance of all the above electrical fixtures/ fittings, cables etc. of the installation and shall also include replacement if required at cost of contractor of all items like cable, lamps, LED luminaries, connectors, fuses, MCBs, FJBs, DBs, adaptors, etc. (Details of the special illumination lights are as per Schedule-A enclosed). (For replacement, LED luminaries of same specification & brand, as already installed, are to be used by the contractor with prior/approval of the office incharge.

Comprehensive annual Operation & maintenance of following lights & all electrical systems at Vidyadhar Ka Bagh other than special illumination work: (i) Package outdoor make Transformer 500 KVA having inbuilt 11KV breaker & LT MCCB panel/ switchgear. (ii) Electrical panels including APFC Panel to maintain Power factor upto limit (0.9), LT isolators, MCCBs, MCBs, LT cables and related electrical equipments. (iii) 125 KVA, Cummins make, silent D.G sets including AMF panels as per terms and condition of tender documents. (details mentioned in schedule -C). (iv) All other electric fittings & fixtures in Vidyadhar Ka Bagh complex, (apart from lights maintained at Sr. no. 1 above), including existing Metal halide lights (installed for safety purpose.) (v) All three submersible motor pump sets including their GI pipes steel & electric panels. The work includes repair/replacement, regular cleaning & servicing of all electrical fittings, fixtures, cables, switchgears, MCBs, MCCBs etc. by the contractor at his own cost.

Comprehensive annual Operation & Maintenance of fountains: (1) 24 nozzles near Neela Mahal (ii) 64 jet nozzles Foam Jets near Raj Mahal including regular cleaning & maintenance of water body & filtration plants, routine servicing of fountains, jet nozzels, motion control devices, LED lights & its color changing drivers, Electric control panels & submersible motor pumps, cables, replacement of spares if defective, to keep the fountains system in running condition, etc. at Vidyadhar Ka Bagh (details mentioned in schedule - B)

Servicing of 125 KVA, Cummins make, silent D.G sets including AMF panels installed at Vidyadhar Ka Bagh as per terms and condition of tender documents. (2 Nos. services per year of DG set including replacement of consumables i.e. filters etc.)
