Providing fixing and glass strips in joints ot terrazo/cement concrete floor 40 mmwide x 4mm thick

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufactures on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades (two or more coats) on new work

White washing with lime to give an even shade with three or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of requried shade New work(one or more coat )applied @3.84 kg / 10sqm

Making plinth protection 50mm thick with cement concrete ( 1 : 3 : 6) 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate) 20 mm nominal size f stone aggregate over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast , 40 mm nominal size of well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth. Filling available excavated earth(excluding rock) in trenches ,plinth,sudes of foundation etc.Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth,conslidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
