REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROADS AND BLACK TOP AREA OF ARMY AVN SQN UNDER GE NASIK ROAD

M& L for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth & making good by applying tack coat of VG - 10 grade paving bitumen @ 5 Kg /10 sqm, putting pre mix bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with VG-10 grade paving bitumen binder @ 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm binding with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) with depth of pot holes exc 30 mm etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (paving VG - 30 grade bitumen) of min. 4% by weight of total mix all as specified & directed. Note: 4% binder content shall be for pricing purpose only. Any deviation in minus side shall be adjusted as specified in Clause 10 of Particular specifications and no price adjustment shall be made for plus side variation.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and providing and applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsionusing bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm, RS-I Type packed bituminous emulsion conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per clause 503 of specification for road & bridges works of MORT&H (5th Revision) all as specified & directed.

M&L applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion using bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm, RS-I Type packed bituminous emulsion conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per clause 503 of specification for road & bridges works of MORT&H (5th Revision) all as specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness laid using mechanical paver for any width of road with max 5.00% binder content, paving butimen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all specified & directed.

M&L for painting lines,dashes, arrow letters etc on road pavement, parade ground etc providing & applying 2mm thick road marking strips (reflective ) including Glass beads of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic application machine fitted with profile stone heater driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including preparation of previously treated surfaces, cleaning surfaces of all dust, scales oils grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall be 100% water proofing design according to 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. fixed as per manufacturers direction and approved complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed
