M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C-1 mix PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Fair finished flat form work to soffits / sides of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work not exc 200 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface eaven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks 1000 Ltrs capcity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoissted and fixed in position all as per specified in SSR Part -I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 80 mm dia butterfly Valve conforming to IS 13095, Wafer Type, Lever Operated, S.G Iron Construction, Disc: Stainless Steel, Name Plate: Aluminium, Bush: PTFE/Bronze, Upper & Lower Stem: Stainless Steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 50 mm dia Non Return Valve conforming to IS 13095,complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 21 to 23 : - Cost of Suitable size flanges, inserts, fittings etc for fixing butterfly / Non Return valve in HDPE pipe is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Design, Supply and fix Header made of MS pipe heavy grade of dia 150 mm and 5.6 mtr length duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer. Header shall have 3 inlet flanges of size 50 mm dia and 3 outlet flanges of 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of proper fixing work like grouting, concreting work, welding etc

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HDPE pipe of grade PE 100 all as per latest provisions of IS 4984 with all fittings and specials laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :- Make : Sudhakar / Duke / Apollo / Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in HDPE pipe Water supply mains of size 63 mm outer dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of Suitable size flanges, inserts, fittings etc for fixing Air valve in HDPE pipes is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 80 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of Suitable size flanges, inserts, fittings etc for fixing Air valve in HDPE pipe is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends and fixing in HDPE pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed. For the following sizes :-

(a) 50 mm dia

(b) 40 mm dia

(c) 25 mm dia

Note :- Cost of Suitable size inserts, flanges & specials for fixing Gate valve in HDPE pipe lines is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of plate to a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level,connected to and including 32mm x 6 mm GI earth strip including GI protection pipe,40 mm dia,light grade connected upto LTpanel/Lightning arrester etc by means of bolts and nuts,checknuts,washers etc as shown in SSR part 1 including necessary excavation,earth work, earth chamber in PCC 1:3:6 with cover in RCC 1:2:4, 50 mm thick with 6mm CTD bar 100 mm centre to centre both ways,watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore funnel wire mesh etcand testing on completion all as specified and directed. Supply and installation of Silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity 30 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

(a) Diesel Engine The enginee shall be multi cylinder four stroke, 1500 RPM, Radiator water / coolant cooled, turbo charged complete with instrument panel, electronic governer, starting battery with lead, exhaust pipe and silencer pipe with suitable insulation by glass wool and aluminium cladding, safety devices and other standard fittings etc complete as per IS-10000 part-11 1980 and BHP suitable to the governer.

(b) Alternator The alternator should be designed for an output of 30 KVA continuous rating at 0.8 PF confirming to IS-4722 or BS-2613, RPM 1500 including self exciting and self regulating control panel with accessories, brushless design, electric supply teminal box with gland earth terminal etc complete all as specified.

(c) Fuel Tank The fuel tank shall be mild steel suitable to hold fuel for not than 12 hours running capacity and shall be including fuel level indicator, fuel line from tank to the engine etc complete all as specified.

(d) Generator monitoring panel - comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or as per standard practice of manufacture, ignition ket switch, start/stop arrangement indication for engine parameters, hour run meter, RPM meter, engine oil pressure indication, water/coolant temparature indication, battery vilts display, annunciation with indication lamps for, low lube oil pressure, high water temperature, engine over speed, battery low voltage.

(i) AMF microprocessor operated control uit of suitable capacity for automatic operation of DG set & power contractors Make : Legrand, Havells or equivalant. This control unit can be installed in generator minotoring panel or in AMF panel as per Manufacture recommendations

(ii) MCCB 415V. 3 phase 63A adjustable, 35 KA-02 (one for main supply & one for DG set supply) (III) Suitable Power contactor four pole - 02 Nos (one for main supply and one for DG set supply) (iv) Copper bus bar TPN 100 Amps - 01 set (v) Suitable battery charging unit -01 No (vi) DIgital multifunction meter for display of voltage, current, frequency, KVA, KW, KWH and PF. (vii) Electronic hooter (viii) Indication lamp for main ON, load mains, DG set ON, load on DG set, Battery DC supply ON. (ix) Voltmeter and ammeter for battery charging. (x) Suitable for MCBs for control circuit. (xi) Supply and lay control cable LT 1100 volts PVC insulted armoured heavy duty copper conductor of suitable size multicore (from DG set monitoring panel to AMF panel) (xii) Rubber matting of LV grand 19 mm thick of suitable size chequered.

(e) Civil Work :- All civil works including PCC platform and foundation suitable for installation of DG set. The depth of foundation & PCC shall be as recommended by the manufacturers. Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for this provision.

Note :- (i) LT UG cable for connection between generator and AMF panel will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Diesel, grease, engine oil. etc required for commissoning and testing shall be deemed to include for the same. Testing shall be carried out as specified in particular specifications. (iii) DG set shall be provided with acoustic enclosure manufacturers by OEM & approved by Nodal agency and cost ot same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for cutting of existing bituminious road / hard standing to a depth upto 150 mm for laying of HDPE pipes / cables etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces by providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 or same material / existing treatment after laying of pipes / cables and return , filling of soil as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
