Construction of Balance work of 75.00 mtr. wide road no.- 16 between Sector- 33 and 10, YEIDA. WC-03

Earth work in rough excavation banking ,earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth clods watering rolling each layer with 1/2 tonnes roller or wooden or steel rammer and rolling or wooden or steel rammer and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankment for roads flood bank marginal bank and guide bank or filling up ground depression as per (SOR) Lead up to 20 Km.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres.SOR-2018/16.1

Construction of granular sub -base by providing close graded material ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader pon prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density ,complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechinal mix plant carriage of mix plant carrige of mixed material by tipper to site ,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density.

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast ,coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material ,labour,tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work UPPWD SOR /281/P-17

Brick work with bricks of class designation-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) SOR-20/6.1.2

12mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) SOR-20/13.4.2/P-461

Providing and laying or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required completed etc.as per direction of Engineer-in charage (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment ).(Precast C.C kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in Charge).

White washing with lime to give an even shade. New work (three or more coats ) SOR -20/16.03/673/P-24

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spaying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm slow setting using mechanical means SOR-502

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface with bitumen VG-10 with bitumen using pressure distributor and spraying on bitumen boiler including cleaning preparing the existing road surface as per specification at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm (SOR)

Close graded premix surface / mixed seal surfacing. Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-a) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm CRMB-55 (Type-b) aggregates using penetration grade .Mechanical means using HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 MORTH-512 UPPWD SOR 2020/AR/YEIDA

Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres: With FPS bricks of class designation 150. UPPWD SOR 2020/ DAR-18/16.7.1
