M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 200x200x20mm or 300x300x20mm thick, machine pressed set, jointed an pointed in neat cement slurry laid over cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 over 150 micron black polythene film over a uniform coat of blown bitumen 85/25 at 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of primer at 0.7kg/Sqm over clean plaster surface including demolition of existing HP tiles WPT all as specified.

M&L for preparing surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles/dust particles and make good the undulations/depressed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B0/screed bed in CM (1:4) with WPC applying a coat of bitumen primer @0.30 ltrs/sqm and applying a blown grade bitumen VG 10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm confirming to IS 702 followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80 kg/sqm laid on primed surface by forced tourch application followed by a finished with a coat of bit mastic aluminum painting @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete all as per manufactures instructions. The Overlap joint shall be provided of 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage including preparatory work over existing HP tiles WPT. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers

M&L for drilling holes in slabs and application of grouting with crystalling injection grout all as per the manufacturer specification and as specified.

M&L for treatment to expansion joint with backer rod inserting in the joints over PU sealant filled for expansion joints of make Fosroc or equivalebt finished elastomeric coating of 3 coats all as specified and directed by manufacturers instructions.

M&L for application of anti corrosive painting to steel reinforcement after thoroughly cleaning the rusted steel reinforcement as in parapets, columns etc., before patch fix concrete for bonding and all as per manufacturers instructions.
