Makes :- ESWS Technologies Pvt Ltd/ E-Tech System/ JRMS Engineering Works/ CBS. Note : The Make of Biodigester tank shall be approved by Garrision Engineer.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-VI (SEC-II) EXTERNAL WATER SUPLLY

S&F, commisioning and testing centrifugal long coupled sewage disposal monoblock pumping set of capacity 3 HP, three phase with suction and discharge dia 80mm, including foundation of pumping set, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F star delta starter, fully automatic, suitable for 415 Volts AC for 3/4 HP motor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80mm bore foot valve, conforming to IS-4038, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction masonary valve pit of size 90x90x90cm (internal dimensions) one brick thick wall in CM 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graged stone aggregates) as in foundation and 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 internally, externally, providing valve pit cover made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet, welded with 40x40x5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) 100mm thick on top wall and provn of hinges, handles and locking arrangements includuing anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-VIII EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, Laying and Testing of LT UG XLPE, insulated, screened armoured heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand, laid in trenches for cable protection, as 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying the cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for old sub class 'B' brick, laid flat in trenches over the cables with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm bore GI pipe light grade galvanised pipes for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to GI wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts and check nut and washer, GI light grade protection pipe 15mm bore upto 7.5m, GI watering pipe 20mm bore, RCC cover with funnel, excavation in any type of soil, PCC pit charcoal, salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including earth test point up to pannel board, complete all as specified or indicated including testing after completion.
