Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (a) Above 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work (a) 75 mm nominal inner dia. Pipes.

Cleaning of open surface drain size up to 45 cm and depth up to 450 mm i/c disposal of rubbish/ garbage all types of waste material up to approved municipal dumping yard i/c all lead and lift involved etc all complete as per direction of E.I.C i/c sprinkling of bleaching powder etc complete .

Cleaning of septic Tank of any size including disposal of sludge in municipal approved dumping ground by means of mechanical transport including using disinfection complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of manhole/chamber of all sizes by roding with bamboo Stick including disposal of sludge in municipal approved dumping ground including all leads and lift involved using disinfection complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing full way valve of brass of approved quality of Zoloto or equivalent to approved quality as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 80 mm dia. nominal bore

Providing and fixing brass threaded fittings for CPVC pipe of approved quality and manufacturer as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 80 mm dia. nominal bore F.T
