Air Compressor: Air compressor silent type (canopy fitted) complete with standard accessories having its own standard complete cooling system with refrigerated air dryer. Compressor should be compatible to 500LPM oxygen generator/concentrator module, 100% continuous duty. The compressor is reciprocating type having capacity approx. 500 CFM @ 7 bar, skid mounted with 75 KW/100 HP, 3 phase 415 +/- 10% volts, 50 Hz motor.

Filtration system for the compressed Air Feed air quality of the oxygen concentrator should be conforming to ISO 8573 class 4 and is of filtration grade of 0.01 Micron. The filtration system should include both inlet filtration comprising micro-filter and active carbon filter as well as outlet filtration comprising dust fine filter.

Air Reciever Tank 3000 liter capacity (pressure tested three times normal working pressure). Compatible to air delivery capacity of air compressor. The system should be provided with all interconnected piping NRVs, Control switches, Flow Meters, Insulation of piping, Nuts and Bolts etc

Oxygen Concentrator Module Capacity = 500LPM Oxygen Purity = 95% ±1%. (Medical Grade) Oxygen pressure at the out let of oxygen module (at inlet of Oxygen tank) = 4.5 - 6.0 bar Process = PSA Oxygen Surge Tank 1500 liter capacity (pressure tested three times normal working pressure). The system should be provided with all interconnected piping NRVs, Control switches, Flow Meters, Insulation of piping, Nuts and Bolts etc

High Pressure Oxygen Booster/Compressor Type = Oil free piston type, air cooled Oxygen Delivery Capacity = 9Nm3/hr Suction Pressure = 4.5 - 6.0 bar Delivery Pressure = 140.0 bar Drive = Electrically Driven 7.5 KW motor, compatible to 3 phase AC 415+ 10% volts, 50Hz.

Oxygen Manifold The oxygen manifold shall be of size / capacity 4 + 4 bulk cylinders. Manifold shall consist of two high-pressure header bar assemblies to facilitate connection of primary and secondary cylinder supplies. Each header bar shall be provided with 4 numbers of cylinder pigtail connections to suit cylinder valves as per IS 3224 incorporating a check valve at the header connection. The high-pressure header bar shall be designed in such a manner that it can be extended to facilitate additional cylinder connections. Each header bar assembly shall be provided with a high-pressure shut-off valve.

Digitally Controlled Fully Automatic Voltage Stabilizer The Voltage Stabiliser of 250 KVA capacity should work on minimum input voltage range of 240-460 volts with output voltage of 415 +1% Volt. The Voltage stabilizer should be 3 phase, oil cooled, 50hzcomplete with all accessories as required as per specifications

Alarm System Main Alarm Panel to indicate any abnormality of gas pressures and other failures of the system. The alarm system shall be complete with digital display, sensor module and power supply. The alarm system shall be complete with all indications controls, wirings, accessories etc. complete as required.
