S&F 30 mm thick (style) factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Taking down old windows of any description and size and S&F aluminium powder coated window sliding type (3 track) with frame size 100x35x1.20mm and shutter 39.40x17.70x1.20mm with two glass shutter and one stainless steel wire mesh shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing powder coated aluminium snap beading screws with 4mm plain float glass and 0.56mm dia SS wire mesh, fittings etc, and necessary locking arrangements and including making good the jambs and painting with matching type and shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling aluminium door shutter including assembly exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm and repair for proper functioning by adjusting moving assembly of floor spring, pivot, hinges etc and re-erecting the shutter including straightening , cutting, tightening of door shutter and making easy movement of the shutter including replacing of mortice lock door, door handles, rubber glass beading complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Floor springs & mortice locks are to be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after)

Taking down partitions of any descriptions and other similar works and S&F aluminium partition with powder coated aluminium frame work with standard sections of medium size and weight not less than 1.90 Kg / rm and confirming to catalogue of Jindal or equivalent. The partition shall be fixed with 12mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides of approved colour, in bottom panel and with 5.5mm thick glass of approved make in top panel.
