Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(15 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -100mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. Specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Supply of fabricated steel kiosk of internal dimension 2.20 x 1.90m with front and rear height of 2.40m and 2.10m respectively. The fabrication of the kiosk is to be as per the details below:-The corner pillar of the Kiosk shall be single equal M.S. angle 50x50x6mm tied up at the top and bottom with 40x40x6mm angle, intermediate support of M.S. angles (2 Nos) of 40x40x6mm in all four sides and stiffner in vertical with 40x6mm flats and shall not exceed 0.50m c/c. For roof 2 Nos. of 40x40x6mm angles to a lenth of 1.90mts. Each with 3 nos of 40x6mm flat for a lenth of 2.20mts shall be provided. For front door portion an extra angle of 40x40x6mm of 2.40m as vertical and as horizontal lintel of 0.65m of the same angle are to be provided. The door shall be of 0.60mx1.85m with 40mx40x6mm angle on all the four sides with one number of internmediate angle of 40x40x6mm with cross stiffener of 40x6mm flats for the door shutters. The sides of the Kiosk shed shall be 18SWG G.I. corrugated sheet and roof shall be colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 MPA yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of the 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts & nuts 8 mm dia.

The rate shall included the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication charges including providing of locking arrangements for the door, painting cost with steel primer and paint charges for the angles painting two coats of enamel paint both side and outside the Kiosk, transportation to newly erected borewell in villages in Puducherry etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

The foundation brick work in CM 1:4 will be constructed in 23 cm wall for a height of 60 cm over foundation concrete PCC 1:5:10 for a width of 60 cm and 15 cm thick. The inside pump shed flooring will be laid in PCC 1:2:4 in 50mm thick over a sand filling of 15 cm thick and PCC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick. The outside area will be plastered in cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick etc. complete as instructed by the Engineer in charge.
