Sub Head-I :- Man Power Note: Before Quoting the rate, contractors should ensured that Basic Per Month Rate for Item No.1.01 and 1.02 should not be less than Rs.76345.00 and Rs.45245.00 per month, respectively. This is the minimum saturatory requirement amount for compliance of the labour laws, which is based upon latest minimum wages declared by DC Chandigarh for w.e.f. 1st April'2021 + EPF@13% + ESI @3.25% + Bonus @8.33% + GST@12% + @1% labour cess but without contractor's profit. Further, Contractors are advised to quote the rate by adding suitable service charges/overhead charges amount over the above mentioned minimum amount , as per their convenience. If the per month rate quoted by the contracror found below the above mentioned rates then the tender will be rejected straight way. Note:- The payment on account of enhancement/escalation charges on account of revision in wages by DC, Chandigarh Administration from time to time shall be payable by the CSIR-CSIO to the contractor.

SUB HEAD-III: PETTY JOBS

Charges for rewinding of ceiling fan size 1200/1400 mm sweep of USHA/ Kessle/ Khaitan/ CG make of different models complete in all respect up to working condition of CF.

Charges for repair, and overhauling of single phase ½ HP rating mono block pump set complete in all including all material like bush/ capacitor/ bearing of etc. upto running condition of motor at site.

Charges for rewinding of single phase ½ HP rating mono block pump set including repair of pump, shaft, seal bearing etc. and complete in all respect upto running condition of motor as required.

Alluminium Painting of street light pole from size 3 M to 9 M GI/Tuber type pole including white wash of cement concrete muff and red/gray paint to connection box of street light pole complete in all respect as required at site.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and Laying of 6 SWG GI wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including soldering etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq. mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective convering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm.FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2X2.5 sq mm + 1X2.5 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (Note:- this item including PVC condute pipe + PVC wire)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in muffs of Dia 15 inche and height 2 feet approx. for street light poles , including of Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form and 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) complete as directed by Engineer in charge. It also includes breaking of existing RCC muff and shifting of material from site as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type,outdoor type, single door, Floor mounted, fixed type, free standing single front, dust proof Outdoor Aluminium Bus Bar Feeder Pillar made out of M.S. CRC Sheet 14SWG, Base Frame Angle 40X40X5mm duly red Oxide Primer with PO Red Paint as per specification. Approximate Size (H) 1200mm X (W) 900mm X (D) 300 mm to 450mm X (L) 600 mm long legs. Bus Bar size 400A TPN Aluminium Busbar (Horizontal) & Earth strip throughout the length of Panel Busbar supports shall be DMC epoxy Insulators. Aluminium Bus Bar shall have 12mm dia. holes and all Busbars Links shall be covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black. Aluminium solid interconnection Busbar to to field side for Cable termination duly covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black. All Interconnections of fields side are supported by conical, L & Finger type insulators of adequate size to support & sustain the weight of cables & without Power Wiring. Rewireable fuse units should have provision of minimum four numbers outgoing cables of size 16 sq.mm to 150 sq.mm. Panel should be complete with all accessories like Gasket, Doorlocks, earthing stud etc. and should be as per Technical specification of CPRI guidelines. Panel should be fabricated from the approved panel fabricator.
