Scraping Indoor walls

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering including disposal of rubish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead (excluding the cost of scraping of plaster and replastering)

Wall Painting with Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade.(Two coats)

Preparation of plastered surfaces for painting including using readymix cement based wall putty to get required finish.

Preparation of plywood surfaces for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality and chalk mitty including finishing the surface to require finish.

Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enemel in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade

12.5 mm thick Cement Plaster 1:3

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth.

Cleaning of terrazo floors with granite Finish

Restuffing and Recovering Sofa seat complete in all respect.

Providing & Fixing 1st quality Glazed Tiles confirming to IS: 15622(thicknees to be specified by the manufacture of approved make of size 310x450 mm as approved by the Engineer-in-incharge over 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in base an joined with grey cement slurry@3,3 kg per sqm complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) : For Fixed Portion & Chaukhats

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing & Fixing Hydraulic Door closer ISI mark with necessary screws etc complete
