Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. MoRT& H Specifications 404. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification 502 (Including all material, Bitumen T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. Per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification 503. (Including all material, Bitumen, T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 120 tonne per hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades as per MoRTH Specification 510. (Including all material, Bitumen T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat with 6.7mm gauge Dalla grit @ 0.006 cum/sqm over bitumen @ 0.68 kg./sqm sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B seal coat including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete as per MoRTH Specification 511. (Including all material, Bitumen T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)
