REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF VCBs, TRANSFORMER, RMU AND ALLIED WORKS AT MAUZA DALAN AND SIRSA CAMP AREA AT KATIHAR MIL STATION UNDER AGE(I) KATIHAR

M&L for carrying out the repairs to transformer,step down,11/0.433 kV , 315 to 400KVA at existing position on platform after disconnection of HT/LT connections & earthing lead , opening of transformer cover plate, taking down of transformer oil to a level as required and kept in clean and dry container for re use at same time , repairing/overhauling to the defective parts/components including replacement of unserviceable parts as directed, making connection of the transformer after repair , topping of the tankwith the same transformer oil,dehydrated old oil with new oil as required/directed and testing the transformer all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for all repairs/replacements, other elements etc to make the transformer fully functional and serviceable to the entire satisfaction of Engr in charge. However the payment for the items as included required ordered and executed shall be paid seperately.

Vaccume dihydration with hot filteration plant of old transformer oil at different locations, after filteration, Di electric strength shall not be less than 55 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode, complete all as specified and as directed. The contractor shall submit necessary Test Report for Di electric strength before dehyderation as well as after dehyderation from CPRI /Govt approved Lab as per relevant IS. The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for this element. Note:- (i) Transformer Oil after dehyderation shall be measured and considered for the payment under the item. (ii) The contractor must have own one dehydrated hot Vacuum Filtration plant of miniumum filtration capacity 1000 ltr/hr. Tranformer oil Filtration plant with a provision of oil test set for immediate showing result. The plnt must have provision of on load filtration.

Supply only transformer Oil conforming to IS-335 of 1993 (make : POWER OIL/HP/BP) for toping up /oil change of Transformers of any capacity at different locations, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The dielectric strenght of the transfomer oil shall not be less than 55 KV in 2.5mm gap electrode. (ii) Quoated rate shall also be deemed to include for testing of transformer oil from CPRI / Govt. approved lab as per relevant IS and submission of necessary test reports.

Supply only 6mm thick synthetic bonded cork gasket sheet for top cover and primary/secondary bushes for the capacities of transformers 11/0.415 kV of capacity 315 KVA. Make of Transformer - Volt Amp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 6mm thick synthetic bonded cork gasket sheet for top cover and primary/secondary bushes for the capacities of transformers 11/0.415 kV of capacity 400 KVA. Make of Transformer - Volt Amp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only silica gel breather for transformers of 315 and 400 KVA capacities of superior quality 5 to 10 mm grade, blue in color,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only breather assembly having transparent MS body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover for transformers of capacities 315/400 KVA, suitable for fixing on existing pipe as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only porcelain bushing on HT side, copper stud assembly as per the existing duly threaded at both ends with and including oil seal, heavy gauge brass nuts, washers suitable for the 11/0.433kv step down capacity of transformers 315/400 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for cleaning , scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & Painting of transformer complete of capacity up to 400 KVA 11/.433 KV outdoor / Indoor type with one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled gray paint (first grade) by spray painting machine on transformer & Marking of SM/MES No on surface of transformer complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including M.S.clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for 11 KV HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in hard/dense soil including sand and pebbles n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in power houses/ sub station complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper, complete including testing all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to earthing test point and including dismantling of old one, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 20x3 copper strip using porcelain clit/post insulator including brazing if required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 32x6 GI strip using porcelain clit/post insulator including brazing if required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade, 40mm bore for protection of cable/GI strip, under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor /wall etc, complete including taking out existing pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
