Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other rexes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (Hundred millimeter) dia P.V.C pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards drainage face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.. Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete in road structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1604.7 and section 300 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental .

Providing and laying 60mm (sixty millimetre) heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concretewith 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curin rubbing & polishing complete (Subbase concrete floor to be paid for separtly within all leads, lifts and other incidentals The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, gst or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 10mm ( ten millimetre ) thick plaster of paris ( gysum anhydrous) celing up to a hight of 5 metre ( five metre) above floor level , over first class kail wood strips 25x6mm ( twenty five in to six millimetre ) with 10mm ( ten millimetre) gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mash fixed to wooden frame ( frame work to be paid separately ) flate surfaces within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing With 15 mm thick fully perforated square/butt edge light weight calcium silicate panels/ tilesin position wall panelling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fiber joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre )roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer’s specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete

Providing and fixing 4mm ( four millimetre ) thick glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, window, clerestory windows, all completed with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
