EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling M sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick, well watered ,rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using Country Bricks of standard size including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, including labour for watering with good water within 200m lead for good water, including all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting Centering and Shuttering for soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1 : 1.5 :3 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Floor finish in CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labours etc., complete

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Plastering in CM 1:5 to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:3 to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm X 23cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Distembering Two Coats with best Approved Distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Exterior Emulsion Painting Two Coats with best Approved Quality and Colour paint over One Coat of Base coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Fabrication and supply & Delivery of MILD STEEL DOORS/WINDOWS of the following sizes with Single Leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S L angle and shutter frame made of 25 x25 x5mm equal M.S. L angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 Nos. Horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal using MS flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M.S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixing by welding 6 Nos. of holdfasts made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S L angle, 1 No. of wind appliance, 2 Nos. of tower bolts,1 No of aldrop, 2 Nos of handles, fixing the shutter with 6 Nos. of 6 inch hinges with outer frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat of best quality of red oxide primer etc., complete

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and sectionusing 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc.

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Labour Charges for Fixing the Door including all charges etc.,
